Very centrally located in the nicest area of Barcelona. Friendly staff, helpful and professional. Tastefully decorated. Too much noise on the street side, the window fixtures did not insulate noise. There were stains on the sofa and on the carpet which made the overall look of the room unfresh. |

Zeer verzorgd en proper hotel, de kamers zijn ook heel netjes! Veel design, maar toch een warme sfeer door de kleuren en het materiaalgebruik. Domotica in de superiorkamers: je kan de verlichting kiezen naargelang de sfeer. Nog nergens anders zo'n uitstekende bedden tegengekomen: echt de top! Zakelijke, maar vriendelijke bediening. Ontbijtruimte is zeer gezellig en het ontbijt smaakvol. 's Avonds is dit een luxerestaurant met Aziatische keuken. De locatie van het hotel is prima tov. metro, Ramblas, winkels, enz... Wij boekten 2 superiorkamers voor 4 nachten. Bij aankomst bleek één kamer slechts voor 1 nacht beschikbaar te zijn en het was geen superiorkamer. En dat voor boeking in 1 pakket? Werd vrij snel opgelost door de bediening en er werd korting gegeven voor de kamer, maar het was wel even een teleurstelling bij aankomst! Heeft verder echter geen invloed gehad op onze algemene positieve beoordeling van het hotel! |

De locatie aan de Ramblas de Catalunya is zeer goed: kortbij de Metro en op wandelafstand van de andere Ramblas. Mooi verzorgd hotel met glazen lift. De kamers zijn klein maar tot in de puntjes design ingericht. Zaaaaalige bedden! Restaurant/ontbijtruimte zeer mooi en het eten is van uitstekende kwaliteit. Er zijn weinig verblijfsruimten; de bar was een rookhol (er worden ook sigaren verkocht, vandaar). |

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum Barcelonas und ist gut an die U-Bahn angeschlossen. Es ist schön und stylisch eingerichtet. Die Duschen stinken, weil am Boden Steinplatten liegen unter denen nicht geputzt werden kann. Man sah auch den Schimmel darunter, der im ganzen Zimmer zu riechen war. |

Hôtel super bien situé au calme et très confortable . Au départ nous avons reçu une chambre pour handicapés avec vue sur un mur !!! . Ce fut l'étonnement ! Nous avons demandé un changement et cela fut accordé. Heureusement car nous n'aurions à ce prix pas fort apprécié .Petit déjeuné trop cher 22 euros !! |

Die zentrale Lage ist ein großer Vorteil, das Personal zuvorkommend und das Hotel auch für Übernachtungen mit Kindern geeignet. Leider konnte unserem Wunsch nach Zimmern Tür an Tür nicht entsprochen werden, weil die im voraus über booking.com gegebene Information das Hotel nicht erreicht hat. |

El diseño general del hotel, el respeco del "detalle" en cuanto al confort de la habitaciòn. Varias "cosillas", porque son detalles también pero amargan indebidamente la opiniòn general que uno puede establecerse después de una primera estancia. 1. La màquina de café para el desayuno (no doy ninguna elaboraciòn, sabran ustedes de sobras lo que quiero decir) - 2. El sistema de puertas (exterior y del restaurante) creando corrientes de aire totalmente indebidos - 3. |

Die zentrale Lage und die verhälntnismäßig ruhige Umgebung. Das Personal war allerdings nicht besonders aufmerksam, wenn es um das Auffüllen von Care Produkten, Sahmpoo usw. ging. Klimaanlage läuft sehr laut, deshalb haben wir sie ausgesellt. |

struttura moderna e nuova, così come la camera arredata con cura, schermo piatto, luce regolabile in base alle esigenze (notte, relax, tv ecc ecc), bagno spazioso e attrezzato, posizione buona sulla rambla e vicino alla metropolitana, staff cortese la moquette in camera; la nostra stanza dava su una via interna, quindi la vista era tra altri palazzi |

Lage war optimal-gut das wir k e I n frühstück im hotel hatte,konnten in der nähe typisch spanisch frühstücken zb.im m a u r I . Was angenehm gewesen wäre,wen es im bad ein bidet gegeben hätte,was bei uns im zimmer nummer 403 problemlos anzubringen wäre. |
