The location is really good and the staff very friendly and helpful My room it stink big time as I entered....the smell would go but at certain moments would return. The room was a bit warm but the air conditioning would not help at all, the carpet was scratched, the ceiling had strange marks. The hotel could be excellent but with this rooms "issues" should not be a 4 star and the price is way too high for what it actually is. Internet connection too slow |

the hotel atmosphere was private and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel's breakfast menu has a variety of fruits available. it was the same breakfast selection for the 4 days that i stayed. |

The position on Playa Cataluna couldnt be beaten. Hotel staff friendly and professional. Quiet location. Good bar area, terrace etc. Small room facing onto atrium so no privacy. Space in room compromised by two large structural beams (one of which you walked straight into when coming out of toilet/shower). Poorly designed shower/toilet by use of sliding glass door that didn't stop water from the shower flooding toilet floor and into room. Minimal storage and not helped by open plan layout. Small tv with only one English channel and no pay to view facilities. For the 350 euros per night without breakfast we would have expected some little extras like bath robes, tea making facilities etc. |

Excellent location and breakfast (though if not in included in the room price then a bit expensive). View to the square if room on the top floors is brilliant. Extra plus: remembering a special occation! Intresting toilet/ shower combination. Renovation was going on Saturday (this could have been on the other building) |

I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was perfect! The staff were incredible helpful, we actually arrived much earlier than expected & our room was already sorted so we were able to check in early. They were great at making you feel welcome & any request were seen too immediately. Very happy with our room, apart from the oddness of bathroom. Didn't eat in restaurant but was very happy with bar services. Excellent hotel, will be recommending to friends/family. Oddness of bathroom design, toilet & shower are opposite each other with only glass separating them. Found the shower leaked slightly & on occasion water leaked out of the door into toilet & sink area. |

Location was great - right in the city center, not far from the old city and only 10 minutes walk to the sea side, a lot of shopping spots were also accessible with few steps. Design was quite nice and modern with spacious rooms and bathroom. We had a wonderful view from our suite, but the window was extremely dirty from both - inside and outside. Towels also had some spots and bathroom was not too clean either. |
