Excellent location, good rooms, simple but with all you need, free minibar, friendly staff, good value for money. I would definitely stay here again. We reserved a non-smoking room but got one that smelled like smoke. When we called reception they gave us a different room though. Another negative thing was that the room had no window, or just a window looking in an airshaft! |

De ligging was mooi centraal, maar wel aan een drukke straat. De kamers zien er goed uit. Er was geen room service, omdat er van kaart gewisseld werd. Terwijl dit wel vermeld stond. De bevoorrading van het ijskastje in de kamer was marginaal. Er was wel televisie maar geen mogelijkheden om films te kijken. De kamers waren met smaak ingericht, maar niet zo functioneel. Verder leefde het hotel niet echt. De sfeer was ver te zoeken. |

Die Lage des Hotels mitten im Zentrum der Stadt ist sehr gut, man kann gut viele Stadtbummel zu Fuß erledigen. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Unser Zimmer war leider in den Innenhof, man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen, weil eine Jalousie so montiert war, dass es nicht aufging. Daher war es leider sehr stickig im Zimmer abgesehen davon, dass auch kein Tageslicht ins Zimmer kommt. Air condition sehr schwach! |

La disponibilità della Reception e la gentilezza del personale e il minibar gratuito Il fatto che in camera non ti fornivano di bagno schiuma, shampoo e crema per tutta la permanenza ma solo per il 1 giorno. Abbiamo dovuto comprarlo. |

locatie, zeer centraal gelegen, comfortabele bedden en fijne douche. Niet tevreden over uitzicht op kamer. Raam dat uitkijkt op blinde muur waardoor een besloten c.q. benauwd gevoel ontstaat. Dit is ook reden geweest dat wij maar 1 nacht in dit hotel zijn gebleven (aanvankelijk 3 nachten geboekt). Wij hebben de andere 2 nachten doorgebracht in Silken Diagonal. |

Diseño del hotel,situación.Precio de la habitación, por un buen precio estuve en un hotel muy correcto,salvo algun despiste, no puedo exigir mas. Habitacion no exterior,ventana daba a un pared,leve olor en el baño a tuberia,ni el primer ni segundo día dejaron jabon de manos,peine,pasta dientes..etctuve que bajar a recepcion 2 veces a pedirlo.Son tonterias pero las comento. |

die Lage des Hotels am Passeig de Gracia ist ideal, die Badezimmer sind sehr groß und bieten genug Abstellfläche, das historische Gebäude, die freundliche Bedienung es gibt keine Bar im Haus, im 1. Stock kann man zwar sitzen und hat Internetzugang, aber die Bedienung kommt nur manchmal vorbei und es gibt nicht viel Auswahl! |

Hotellin sijainti yhdellä pääkaduista ja lähellä joukkoliikenteen pysäkkejä oli todella kätevä. Budjettihuoneeseen ei myöskään kantautunut liikenteen melua. Huone oli siisti, mutta ei käytännöllinen. Ilmainen minibaari (2 kokista, 2 vesipulloa) täyttyi joka päivä. Henkilökunta ei saanut oloa mitenkään tervetulleeksi, pääosin sai itse tervehtiä ensin. Hotellista jäi kaksijakoinen fiilis, sillä sijainti painaa plussalle, vaikka ikkunaton huoneemme olikin mitä oli. Toisaalta ei kaupunkilomalla hotellissa maata. |

die zentrale Lage, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Das Zimmer war sehr stickig, es gab keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu lüften, da es nur ein schmales Fenster zum Innenhof gab. |

..die Gestaltung meines Zimmers. Kostenloses Zimmer-upgrade, da mein gebuchtes Einzelzimmer wohl schon überbucht war (Sonderangebot). ..zu wenige Ablage-/Schrankflächen für Kleidung. Befestigung des Duschkopfes sehr labil, da die Brause nicht richtig in die Halterung passt (habe ich schon öfters in südlichen Hotels erlebt). |

su ubicacion He notado un poco de bajon en algunas atenciones ya que conozco el hotel de varias ocasiones, por ejemplo han dejado de tener zapatillas de cortesia, preferiria pagar el mini bar y que hubiera mas cosas |

Le confort de la chambre "éxécutive" et la situation centrale de l'hôtel La chambre réservée en catégorie standard n'a qu'une denêtre qui ouvre sur un mur distant de 2 M. Aucune lumière du jour. Vue déprimante incompatible avec un hôtel de cette catégorie (4 étoiles). Résultat: on a pris la chambre "éxécutive" moyennant un fort supplément de tarif. Très désagréable d'être mis au pied du mur. |
