the location is good near to everything bars restaurants etc but far enough away from the noise at night ! the pool area is very basic and could do with a makeover, the food is just ok definately not a four star more like a 3 |

Nothing. Very disappointing and certainly not measuring to a 3 star let alone 4 star status. Everything. Staff off-hand, unhelpful. Pool area just like a car park. No entertainment. Felt like being in a railway station. Plastic, cold atmosphere. Room 207 - very poor standard. People who stayed all inclusive were just there for free drink. We were half-board and 2 star standard at best. Restaurant very poor food, no management or organisation. No hot plates for hot food which is fairly basic. Running out of cups, cutlery etc. and no one in charge. |

We stayed for one night. We had no complaints regarding our stay. When we arrived, the hotel had no knowledge of our booking made and comfirmed in August through Booking. Com. "Not a very good start" |

the rooms were very nice and roomy. air conditioning didn't work always in the public spaces and never was in the elevators. breakfast and dinner were too short 2 hours only. |

the hotel is difficult to find; there are no signs in the whole town!!!; most of guests are all-inclusive so they don't have room service - and this is a 4* hotel???; we had to pay our room at arrival and if you want to drink smth there you have to pay immediately - they even cannot note it down on the room bill - service is absolutely low!!!! - this hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars at all |

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The food was luke-warm and served on cold plates. The alcohol served on the all-inclusive basis was undrinkable. Would not choose all-inclusive again. |

Las instalaciones en general está bien y la ubicación. Habitación 903. Sustituyan urgentemente el televisor, el aire acondicionado no paraba (termostato roto), La puerta de salir al balcón no cerraba, la cristalera que separa el aseo de la habitación estaba rota, faltaba un cristal en un aplique de la mesita. Nos dio igual porque íbamos para una noche pero es un poco impresentable. |

Las habitaciones que nos tocaron eran grandísimas y las camas también. las vistas estupandas. para la altura que tiene debería tener mas ascensores solo hay 2 y van muy lentos, a la hora de bajar al desayuno, cena etc, tardas bastante. sobretodo estando en la planta 20. |

la habitación estaba muy bien,fresca,grande y espaciosa si el buffet escaso y de mala calidad, me cobraron 1,20 euros por una jarra de agua con hielo, en vez de darme una botella de agua mineral de 1,5 lts.,las bebidas de infima calidad, nada que ver con un hotel de 4 estrellas, no volvere ni gratis |
