Doskonała lokalizacja - ok. 300m od Muzeum Guggenheim, przejście na drugą stronę kanału mostem Santiago Calatravy. Bardzo dobra kuchnia, świetna obsługa - najlepszy hotel na naszym wyjeździe. Spokojnie zasługuje na 4+ gwiazdek.

No view from our window at all, just a wall.

Easy to find, by the Zubizuri Bridge, and a good location for exploring the city. Staff were very helpful; the safety deposit box in the room wasn't working, but was fixed immediately it was reported to Reception.

Standard rooms have no view, as they look out over an air/light well; but this is no doubt reflected in the price. And there is no traffic noise.

This hotel has got a good location in the city of Bilbao: this is very practical. During my stay, there was no problem. Some employees speak english which is very difficult to find in the city of Bilbao. The quality of this hotel is good, and the quality/price rate is one of the best in Bilbao.

If you want a lower price (that's what I wanted), you will obtain a room with windows on the rear of the building. The view is very bad. The window can be treated with artificially blur, and you won't be able to look through it. I do not recommand for people with claustrophobia. However, you will be in the silence because you won't hear the noise of the street.

The location. Five minutes walking to the Gugenheim, 15 min walking to the Casco Viejo. Room very confortable and clean.

Very small but clean room. Room was very noisy. Could hear other rooms using the toilets. Could hear people walking in their room above me.Opening the window(no vieuw) noise and kitchen smell!!!
