Hotel jest bardzo zadbany, po każdym naszym wyjściu pokój był sprzatany a personel był bardzo pomocny nawet w sprawach nie związanych z pobytem w chotelu takich jak rozkłady jazdy metra czy objaśnianie drogi do poszczególnych miejsc w mieście. bardzo dużo odgłosów dobiegających z ulicy ale spowodowanych budową z przeciwnego budynku wiec nie jest winą hotelu. |

Good position, it is near the city centar. We booked triple room, but we gat duble room with extra bad whic took al the rest place in the room. |

In the lobby you can use WiFi connection for free. However it takes some time to set it up. Please be patient. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is nice and helpful. My smoking preferences were taken into account. It's not convenient to climb the stairs with suitcases. |

The hotel foyer was richly decorated and was welcoming on entry. Teh staff were courteous professional attentive and helpful. Our room was ready before the check in time andwas clean |

Hotel is well placed respect public transportation from/ to airport and also it allows making walks in the city center easily. Rooms are nice and enough clean. No breakfast foreseen for the chosen price; there are no coffee machines in rooms, as I have found elsewhere in other hotels of the same category. |

The location of the hotel was very central and the room was very clean. The staff was very nice anytime we asked for anything. The rooms are not sound proof at all and you could hear what the persons next door were doing as if they were in your own room. Also, the heat did not work for two nights and my room was freezing but when I asked the staff to check it they did fix it. |
