Location. Soundproofing of rooms was of lesser quality. Bed frames were a bit wornout (squeeking if touched). |

friendlyness of all staff especially reception,quiet aircom in room,lift waiting time was good,car parkink very expensive,but managed to find free parking at rear of hotel between 6pm and 8am. |

Rooftop pool and terrace were very relaxing and refreshing Cleaners insisted on cleaning rooms daily even on day when 'do not disturb sign was put out- I was ill and would have liked to be left alone! |

The hotel is within easy walking distance of Valencia town centre and there are a couple of El Corte Ingles very close by (one next door and one behind the Hotel). The rooftop bar was a nice area to enjoy a relaxing drink. The hotel was very, very, very noisy, it seems to be a base for partying groups with no consideration for other guests. Don't expect to get a good nights sleep!! |

Information at front desk is very good, location is OK, close to transportation systems and downtown is from a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel |

Helpful and friendly. Rooms were adequate and clean with fridge. Great price. Wonderful rooftop pool and sunning area with view of city. Location!!! Right next to metro and next to a mall with many food options and lots of stores, also next to Corte Ingles (large grocery and department store). Great rates. Perhaps the facilities were a little dated, but it did not interfere with my stay in anyway. |

The Hotel was only a short Metro ride from the Airport and was situated within 10-15 mins stroll of the fantastic Biopark-a Safari park type zoo right in the middle of the city! Equally the same applied to the "old"city and all that it has to offer.There are ample eating venues in the near vicinityalong with a very large shopping centre. The only gripes that we had was that we were booked into a double room -but on arrival there was some sort of convention on and we were placed in a twin - ( but it was sorted next day)Coffee is somewhat economically supplied -2 sachets of coffee /day (one drink each )We did not partake in the breakfast offer due to previous reviews ( it was actually greatly reduced to 9E.) |

Everything was great! The staff, the room, the location - we even mangaged to find a parking space on the street just around the corner where we didn't have to pay the high parking rates for our stay. So if you're driving to the hotel, look around the neighboring streets for street parking (watch out for the signs, yellow or blue stipes - these mean you cannot park there or for long). |

Nice people at the reception desk. Pool on the roof. Very convenient located. Free WiFi networks available in the area (not the one of the hotel, which is not free). Cleaning of the bathroom is way behind expectations (on my arrival, the toilet seat seemed to not have been properly cleaned). A hairdryer in the bathroom is a must have (luckily, I read the comments on booking.com and I brought one with me). Also, the TV network should include other English speaking channels besides CNN. |

the location, the price, the cleanness of the rooms; we didn't use it..but they have a nice pool on the roof of the hotel they should work on their soundproof system |

Close to the Metro Station and witha nice big shopping center nearby. Looks old-fashioned and maybe needs a revamping. No brush in the toilet, may b embarassing for hosts.. |
