The Hotel was beautiful. It had the best sandy beach we have seen on the Mediterranean. The facilities were excellent - swimming pools, saunas, spas, etc. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The maid service kept our room in clean condition. The breakfast was a bountiful buffet. The hotel was such a refreshing place to be we didn't explore the island. |

We paid for a sea view room, but were overlooking a car park and could not see the room. We were told it was a sea side room and if we reached over our balcony we could see the sea normally only there has been a house built recently and now you cannot see the sea!!! The beach is not part of the hotel as you may be led to believe. The bar in the hotel was not open. The food was appalling...... |

Almost everything!!! From the breakfast down to the dinner!! fantastic!! the lovely white sand beach just located at the back of the hotel (only few steps away, literally)!!! had a wonderful time... really worth the 1 hour travel from the PMI airport to the hotel... will go back definitely!!! nothing!!! it's just a perfect place to unwind!!! |

It was a good family hotel right on a very beautiful beach. It appeared to be clean and maintained. This hotel also did not appear to attract the "party crowd", so it was plenty quiet in the evenings. It was listed as 5 star, which it is not. It is maybe a 3+ or a 4 star hotel. The morning breakfast was OK, but not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. During the weekend the pool area was fairly crowded and we had trouble finding somewhere to sit. But there was plenty of room down on the beach. |

Decent sized Suite,breakfast buffet very varied. Good facilities and layout. Italian Restaurant best kept secret in Majorca. Didn't like the hidden charges...E50 extra per night in a suite for a 4 year old child? Beds were uncomfortable. |

The suite terraces and views from the suite's terrace are fantastic. The service was excellent. The breakfasts were very enjoyable and the food fresh and service again excellent. The location of the hotel is prime. Parking is very convenient. Beautiful lobby. Overall, a very pleasant experience and worth returning if certain upgrades are undertaken. The room is not 5 star appointed. Theroom furniture was not top quality and a bit sparse. The beds/linens need improvement. The hotel does also not disclose that the beach is not theirs, but private and, during July 2008, costs $15 USD/day for 2 people for an umbrella/chair and $30 USD/day for 3-4 persons. |

Breakfast good three days out of four. Facilities very good. Staff friendly.The suite was good and worth paying the extra. Noise early in the morning from delivery bay disturbed us each day. Dinner buffet poor value for money, food quality disappointing when breakfast is better. Beds too hard. Shame about the weather but thats life. |

The food was very good (breakfast and dinner) and the staff very helpful and courteous. My WIFI connection did not work inside the room, being an unfortunate person who has to work whilst away, it was inconvenient having to leave the room to work, despite the staffs best efforts to help with the situation. |

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr freundliches,aufmerksames und gut geschultes Personal.Tolles Buffet und perfektes Frühstück. Gepflegte Anlage. Viel besser gehts kaum ! Zu wenige Liegen am Pool.Die Trittschalldämmung in den Zimmern ist schwach. Sonst gibts nix zu bekritteln. |

Le calme Un certain nombre de choses devrait être changé, par ex. Dans la suite que j'ai prise, une lampe avait une ampoule grillée, très mauvaise transmission téléphonique, pas de vestiaire au sauna, baignoire abîmée, porte-fenêtre extrêmement difficile à ouvrir. |

Lage direkt am Meer. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer im rückseitigen Teil des Hotels sind nicht attraktiv. Dunkel, man sieht den gegenüberliegenden Zimmern direkt in die "gute Stube". Überdeutliche Diskreptanz zwischen dem Suitenbereich und den übrigen Zimmern |

Es muy confortable y excelente por estar en 1ª línia de playas blancas. Estuvimos en una Suite, pero los colchones de muelles son horribles. |

De mogelijkheid om met 2 kinderen in 1 suite te verblijven tegen geringe meerkosten. Tevens had de suite echt een gescheiden slaapkamer en maar liefst 2 TV's, ook zit er een volledige keuken in zodat je eigenlijk een luxe appartement hebt. De bedden in de suite waren ronduit dramatisch. Zo hard dat ik na 2 dagen niet meer op mijn zij kon liggen omdat mijn heupen volledig beurs waren. Tevens was de bedbank voor de 4e persoon absoluut niet geschikt voor een volwassenen, voor mijn zoon van 11 was het nog net acceptabel. Het extra bed op de kamer was wel prima. Dit is eigenlijk qua beleving geen 5 sterren hotel. De gym is ronduit slecht |

Foi para este hotel por se apresentar como cinco estrelas, na realidade era um normal quatro estrelas, foi com meia pensão e só jantei uma vez pois a restauração era dum três estrela! |
