Hotel wspaniale połozony, o bardzo dobrym standardzie, z nieduzym basenikiem, ok.200m od kas biletowych do Alhambry, blisko przystanki komunikacji miejskiej do Centrum Granady. Uprzejmy personel (mapki, info o flamenco, info bus). Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadania (bufet). Cena 2-ki w recepcji 200E bez śniadań - oczywiście za dobę.

Bardzo dogodne położenie tuz przy Alhambrze, chociaż trochę dalej do starego miasta. Czysto i przyjemnie, duży pokój. Basen. Hotel jest godny polecenia

Musieliśmy czekać 2 godziny na zakwaterowanie.

Świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzenia Alhambry. Kuchnia jak na hotel znakomita i niedroga. Miła obsługa, można polecić z ręką na sercu

very convenient location to vist Alhambra. Breakfast was good and sufficient in variety of foods.

we stayed family room for member of 4 and found window does not face out side the hotel. View from was not enojyable aithough it is at hill and near to Alhambra. Can hear the noise from the next room so much and it is anoying when people next door wakes up very early by jet-lag. Location of the hotel is far from center of the town and need to take bus twice back and force.

great location next to the alhambra, staff spoke english well, super strong shower in bathroom

beds slid apart too easily--making it difficult to use for a king-size bed, hairdryer in bathroom was anemic, walls are pretty thin but we sleep soundly so it wasn't an issue for us.

Lovely location, pleasant pool area, friendly staff, good bar area.

The food was OK but not great.

Good value Hotel with 95% pleasant staff but small odd shaped rooms. Like other reviewers say, this hotel is mainly used for tour groups to Alhambra but as independant travellers we were able to avoid the 6.30am wake up calls, the hoards of little oriental people being frog marched around, the convivial group welcome dinners and the 'gestapo-esque' tour leaders. Breakfast was a little pricey so we just ate a cheese/ham sannie + coffee in the coffee shop which was great. Wonderful position for the Alhambra being just up the hill from the entrance kiosk. Warning : up means up in Granada. Great bus service & good value tourist shops just down the hill from hotel.

Traveller tip : If arriving the afternoon before your day visit, go to the Carlos Palace in the Alhambra (free) which will save you trying to fit it in within the 6 hour visit time allowed the next day. Most tours seem to go in mornings (8am-2pm) so we went afternoon and it was great. Don't miss the Generalife Gardens. Ps : The Lion fountain currently dismantled for repair.

The hotel was very helpful to my disability inside, the food was good and the reception staff were able to speak some English

Unfortunately the morning cleaners made slamming doors an art form, the hotel in its write-up offers sound proof rooms this is incorrect. The hotel caters for coach parties and even though we booked privately we were tagged along with large groups especially in the dinning room.

The view, the storage room for the baggage after check-out and the location which is very near to the al-hambra

the bath-tub leaked, there's no plain hot drinking water - no kettle in the room - if you want hot drinking water you have to go to the bar

Perfect location for the Alhambra, bus into the city, great breakfast, nice pool area, and lovely modern rooms
