Staff helpful and room comfortable.Location good for bus station. The hotel restaurant was closed. It was a holiday but expected it to be open for residents. |

Comfortable hotel. Free Breakfast provided. Within reasonable walking distance of Guggenheim but quite far from old town centre. No tea available at breakfast, except herbal chamomile tissane. Small shower screen and not enough soap. Beware lift door, it can close on you and will bruise. |

Very helpful staff, lovely rooms, good food available in the bar and good location for the Guggenheim - we took a tram which stopped only 100 yds from the hotel. The only problem we found was arriving on the evening of a football match - the stadium of Atletico Bilbao is right opposite the hotel - and the police would not let us access the hotel until the game started, as they said it was too dangerous for pedestrians. |

l'emplacement de l'hotel, à 10mn en tram de guggenheim, 15mn du vieux centre, à l'acces facile depuis l'autoroute et juste en face de sna mames et du rio nervion...la gentillesse du personnel, multilingue et accessible une chambre au final assez petite, la clim faisait parfois du bruit et les draps etaient pas au top de la propreté, mais on est tatillons car l'ensemble est quand meme d'exellente qualité vu le prix payé |

Una de las habitaciones era bastante grande, la otra normal. En general todo estaba bien. Esta algo alejado, pero en 10 minutos más o menos llegas al centro. La estación de autobuses, el tren y el tranvía están muy cerca del hotel. El solar vacío que hay delante del hotel lo desluce un poco. El parking del hotel era caro. Hay aparcamiento en las inmediaciones, pero de pago también, zona verde y azul. |
