Otoczenie, dyskretna elegancja, świetny personel, pomimo rozmachu architektonicznego przytulność pokoi, piękne widoki i otoczenie hotelu, dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta, niedaleko lotniska. Odbiegający od poziomu designu hotelu wystrój restauracji. Praktycznie restauracja w ogrodzie cały czas była zarezerwowana - to frustrowało. |

Dobry hotel dla odwiedzajacych miasto w polowie drogi miedzy lotniskiem a centrum. Fatalna obsluga SPA , recepcjonistka nie ma pojecia o oferowanych produktach,basen czynny do 19.30 itd. |

Hotel jest niezły,bardzo kiepska gastronomia,obiekty gastronomiczne otwarte w chaotycznych godzinach,mineralna woda w barku mała butelka 5 euro.ale poza tym polecam akustyka jest taka że w sobotę wieczorem nie trzeba włączać płatnej telewizji a łazienka taka że aż krepująca,nie ma mowy ośpiewaniu przy goleniu |

I happened upon this hotel by chance last year and knew it was of high standard. What was even better was the rate I got through Booking.com. Nearly half the price I was quoted directly on the hotel's web site. Thank you for this one. Polo restaurant was closed and only managed to eat in excelent Garden restaurant on our first night as it was booked out. |

The pool area is lovely and staff very polite and attentive. Spa wonderful. Food and drink prices are ridiculous!! Be careful! |

The hotel was indeed luxurious and I enjoyed my stay. LOVED the gym and pool area. The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. Thumbs up. |

The swimming pool was lovely. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The atrium of the hotel was fantastic - very theatrical. Breakfast is very expensive €20. The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from the end of the metro line. It took us about an hour to get to the beach and the shops are a long way away. |

Stylish hotel with great facilities for a city hotel, spacious gardens and swimming pools. Staff were very friendly and efficient - nothing was too much trouble. Not within walking distance of bars, restaurants but easy walking distance to the Metro stop for downtown Barcelona. |

The hotel is excellent. A bit away from downtown but the rooms are big and the hotel stuff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, the quality of the food is remarkable. Definitely will stay there again. |

Cleaning of room and complementing towels and bathroom accessories. The noise of disco music until 5:00 a.m. and the service at the night-bar. |

Very disappointed, I saw I choose a business hotel with all the facilities, but what I got was a big hotel which needs to modernize, the building and the staff as well ....this hotel is more like customer relation. Far from the city, far from the beach.. Change personal, development the service and facilities, like internet, fax etc.. |

Very good 5 star hotel beautiful grounds and pool.Bar stayed open quite late so possible to have a drink after dinner in town. Smoking is permitted in the bar. Pool loungers need a cushion they are very uncomfortable after a while. |

Great staff, good food and facilities... 15 minutes from city center with metro. I'd definitely recommend if you want to go for a long WE in Barcelona where you combine city tour with relaxing time at hotel's facilities... |
