Proximity to the sea. Good connection to the Palma city by bus. Room was too small, airconditioning noisy. The buffet breakfast had a very poor choice. |

Very good location. Some of the people of the hotel was very kind and polite. Survice at the Front desk was not always the level which I expect from the hotel. Insufficient explanation, should be more polite. |

The location of the hotel was ideal for a relaxing holiday. It has its own beach & the position meant that the hotel had the bit of sunshine at the end of the day. The hotel clean , quiet & well organised, with helpful courteous staff, and is a 3 1/2 star rather than a 4 star. The bus stop is outside the hotel & the bus takes you into the centre of Palma for just 1.25 euros. The breakfast had a large selection & was fresh. The evening buffet was ok & keenly priced. The whole area of Illetes is quiet & ideal if you want a relaxing time. There are only 3 /4 bars & restaurants and about 4 - 5 snack/restaurants places to eat. The virtual chill out club if great for a relaxing night out , the setting & ambiance is amazing You have to pay for beach towels. We brought our own towels after reading the reviews. There is only one night a week of entertainment |

Excellent location, fresh food, beautiful sea We are disappointed when we discovered that we had been ovecharged for the drinks when we were checking out from the hotel. This behavior does not correspond to the level of the hotel. |

Rooms well maintained and clean. Location easy access to Palma and quite area. Food - very basic if you did not eat at the start of the buffet then the food would be dry and warm. Having to pay for pool towels. |

hotel very clean, all rooms have see view, great connection to Palma with public transportation - takes around 20 minutes. Buffet brekfast amazing! Lots of choice and everything is fresh. Will defenately go back ! no all was simply good ! |

It's located in a quiet area, more suitable for older people. There are a few shops and restaurants in this district, and nothing more. The most positive is that Illetas is not so far from Mallorca city (25min by bus No3). The beach is located just 10min walk from the hotel. All rooms have a balcony and nice view to seaside. The hotel is not very modern furnished. Once we found a big black-beetle in the room (maybe from the balcony). The bathroom is quite big. The most disadvantage is there is no shower curtain; you will always have a wet floor during your stay at the hotel. |

It is a very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed here twice before and will continue to return. There was one especially member of staff called Natalia who spoke 5 different languages in a 4 minute period when I was at the desk so could deal with everybody efficiently. I think it could do with a few more sunbeds |

I loved the surroundings and area. Far enough from city, peace and quiet but near enough to go to Palma. Great bus connection with city centre. I really didn't like some staff approach to customers. When I was asking questions receptionist seems to be annoyed. Also in the offer there was internet included in the reception area, our laptop has bad battery and we were told that we can't plug in because of money saving on the electricity (in the morning). Customer shouldn't really worry about hotel finances. |
