Intur Palacio San Martin

The location was walking distance to everywhere, it was clean and comfortable, with a bath and the air conditioning was good after walking the city on a hot day.

We didn't need it but apparently there was no wireless internet in the rooms.

Spacious rooms, quiet even though more or less at street level. Extremely well located, no complaints at all. Especially loved the old lift, though modern lift available too.

There is a very elegant seating area near the reception where I enjoyed some food and drink.

My bedroom did not have a window so I felt that 3 nights were enough.

We had a very quiet room, on the inside of the hotel. The disadvantage was that it was very hot and opening a window didn't give fresh cool air. I quess better to ask for a room on the outside because it will still be relatively quiet.

Excellent location for discovering Madrid. Loved the fact that it was a renovated building and was impressed on how well it was redone. Excellent price for the offering.

This hotel is very central and within walking distance of alot of the main attractions - Rooom very clean and not disturbed by cleaning staff early in morning.

I booked a double room but when I got into room there were 2 sigle beds pushed together. with my girlfriend on Valentines weekend this was not ideal as you pretty much fell throught the beds as you moved towards the middle.

The very quiet and friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and very good breakfast. The excellent location of the hotel in the center of Madrid.

There were works in progress going on during the early afternoon when normally we are used to have a short rest.

The location is excellent for sightseeing.

Our room was very small and dark. The lighting was inadequate for reading. The hallway carpets and wood floor areas were very worn. Expected higher quality based on other reviews.
