location of hotel was good, staff friendliness was good and on the whole the service was good.

thought service for coffee in restaurant in the morning was poor, having to wait until the waiter came to take your complete order was bad, should provide coffee immediately, or coffee making facilities in the bedroom, also when we stayed on the second day there was some kind of conference and those people seemed to have priority at breakfast over other guests, but the food was good. The gym was listed as state of the art, yet the belts on the running machines were almost thread bare and could be dangerous.

As usual excellent, staff top class. Only drawback bar lacks atmosphere!

I think it is a shame that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms or available elsewhere, if you return late or during the winter months,the bar is not easily accesible, a pot of coffee somewhere would be welcome.

The hotel itself is lovely - rooms stunning and always spotless. The pool area is very relaxing and very quiet.

There appears to be little or no service - the outside bar was never open and rubbish left there on the tables was left all week ! Breakfast was OK but as the coffee was undrinkable (in my opinion) I took my own instant coffee and getting hot water out of the staff was a job in itself ! You could not get a hot or cold drink during the day - both bars closed and not vending machine or alternative, althought he mini bar did have water and Coke. We had stayed there when it first opened and understand that it is a training hotel but it was no better this time. No atmosphere at all - nobody used the bar as you were never sure when/if it was open as it was not manned. All very odd - but we kind of knew it would probably be like that - will use ag

Friendly staff, everything clean and well looked after, good location to explore the different golf courses in the area, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and pubs, free parking in front of hotel

We liked the relaxed atmosshere good food and well equiped facilities ,we stayed for our honeymoon just two nights but were very happy.

Was a very nice experience. People were very friendly and the room very clean. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I'll be in the area.

I missed the internet connection in the room and the few tv channels as an option. Also was very difficult to find the hotel because the street is new and not in the navigator. They should provide the satellite location (longitudinal & latitudinal).

Cleanliness. The reception crew tried their best although there were huge languagebarriers.

The hotel feels like its meant for Spanish people and mostly traveling businessmen. The crew hardly speaks english at all and they seemed annoyed by the people on vacation from abroad.
