Lokalizacja w atrakcyjnym starym centrum: restauracje, lokalny klimat W internecie zarezerwowaliśmy jednopokojowy apartament 4 osobowy na ostatnim piętrze z tarasem, na miejscu okazało się że do dyspozycji jest jedynie apartament dwupokojowy ale na parterze z 2 dwuosobowymi łózkami, przy podwórku studni. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, right in the center of the city and apartment had all useful appliances Sofa bed in living area is not as comfortable and not enough hot water for 3 people |

Location: very central and close to main areas of interest in the city. Staff: Very helpful, although you need to ensure you call ahead prior to arriving to ensure someone is able to meet and provide keys. Apartment: spacious, very clean, well-kept, and modern. Would recommend the apartment for future! Location: due to the very close proximity to Plaza Mayor, the apartment could become really noisy at night, mainly from pedestrians and traffic on weekends. Apartment: Suggest to have a kettle and hot water in the shower takes time to refill. |

apartment had plenty of space - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/laundry, and lounge/dining room. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. An excellent place to stay Compared to a hotel it is a bit tricky co-ordinating check in as you have to call ahead and a staff member comes to meet you at the door. Otherwise a great place to stay. |

We loved the central location - it was very convenient for the nightlife and restaurants. It was within easy walking distance of the parks, museums and very close to Plaza Mayor where it all seemed to happen! The railway station and metro were also just down the road which was also convenient as we need to make a local journey. The apartment was very modern and the terrace on the top floor was a real plus, especially as the weather was gorgeous. Only problem was the booking out arrangement, as we had an early start and had to make a special arrangement to be back the night before by a pre-arranged time to hand over the key and for them to check the apartment. Having said that, they were very accommodating and did work around us. |

The apartments are in a fantastic location to explore Madrid. They are central to Plaza Mayor, Puerto del Sol, The Atocha Train Station, and everything else you could want to do in Madrid. Everything is walking distance. Shopping, eating, sightseeing, etc... The apartment is stylish and clean, and quiet. The amenities leave a little to be desired. Stocking of towels, toilet paper, and communication are very limited if not lacking. We got 1 roll of tp, and we were on our own to go buy more. We had to wash our towels and hang them to dry all day if we wanted dry ones for our next shower. You must have a phone of your own or rent theirs to communicate with them if you have a problem. The advertised internet connection is only available if you call them and ask. It's a usb card they will deliver to you, but only if you ask. If you are an experienced Madrid visitor, you will be satisfied. If not, you will spend much of your time looking for what you need. There is no one there on site to answer questions or help you in any way. |

What a lovely surprise, apparently newly renovated, roomy well appointed, excellently furnished, and well located. We had the attic suite with rooftop courtyard, suited the three of us, but could take family of 6. From the outside it looks ordinary but inside just great, clean and neat. The bakery (non smoking) next door was a real bonus (as opposed to the greasy the other side). Highly recommended No tea or coffee making facilities nor an iron otherwise just perfect. |

Great deck to be able to enjoy an evening meal at the table. Super location for walking to much of the important sights in Madrid. Modern and easy to live in for a short stay. 3 adults not able to have a warm shower in preparation for the evening. No kitchen utensils to use when preparing a meal other than some Ikea knives that were useless. |

Excellent location, close to attractions shopping and the main train station in Madrid. Very spacious apartment, new furninshings, nice terrace. It is an apartment, so no desk help or cleaning. Check-out person did not show up as promised, but we did get our deposit back. Stairs to the upstairs are a bit treacherous, not for anyone with problems. |

The apartment it's fantastic and very near to the main touristic points. In the kitchen you can find the basic utensils for cooking (only missing the corkscrew) and they all in good conditions. We were in the penthouse and there, you can enjoy the nice terrace having your meals or just drink something. It's great for a romantic weekend. In case of noisy neighbors you can listen them quite well. |

personalize service, proximity to major parts of Madrid. Nice layout with all you need. 2 air conditioners dripped water - we had to put buckets out to collect the water and walk around them. |

El acceso al centro ciudad es bueno . Hicimos una reserva para 3 adultos y a parte de una cama buena tubimos que dormir en el sofa los otros 2 porque no habia nada mas . En este sentido muy mal , el apartamento esta echo para una sola persona . Dudo que volveremos a alquilarlo y somos clientes de booking desde hace tiempo . |

L'hotel è in posizione eccellente, a 10 minuti a piedi sia da Plaza Mayor che dal Paseo del Prado con i musei, in una zona non troppo turistica e con ottimi locali per il tapeo. L'opzione appartamento è molto simpatica, grazie anche all'arredamento moderno (tutto ikea) e al buon confort generale; di fianco all'ingresso c'è un panettiere-bar perfetto per la colazione. L'unico difetto è stato il divano letto in soggiorno, molto scomodo; l'appartamento è quindi perfetto per 2-3 persone, ma non di più. |

Een zeer mooi, modern, trendy appartement, heel centraal gelegen en smaakvol ingericht. Bovendien een groot terras. We waren met twee personen, en dat is ideaal. Vier personen gaat ook (bedjes in de living) maar dan wel iets minder confortabel. Stipte service van de contactpersoon bij het inchecken. Warm water in de douche vrij snel op, ikea kurketrekker gesneuveld... Het terras ligt aan de straatkant van de nogal luidruchtige Calle Atocha, ook in de slaapkamer te horen. |
