Dostalismy większy pokój (superior) chociaż wcale nie prosiliśmy, ze względu na to, że było dość pusto w hotelu. Hotel i pokój ładnie udekorowane. Hotel położony w spokojnej dzielnicy, 5 minut od stacji metra. Recepcjonistka mówiła po angielsku. Wyjaśniła jak dotrzeć do pobliskich atrakcji i dała mapę Dość daleko od centrum, około 20 minut na piechotę, ale łatwy dostęp do metra. |

We stayed four nights and were very happy with the size of the room and the bathroom was excellent, also the hotel staff were helpfull and friendly. We are happy we chose this hotel for our stay. |

The location was very convenient with many shops, restaurants, & bars near by. Walking distance to all 3 museums and other landmarks. Staff was friendly - a little standoffish - but when asked knew the directions or answers to questions. |

my double room (at 5 floor) was very comfortable, clean and quite. Service was quite good. the location, very close to the center (underground stop of Serrano), is perfect for a holiday, every important place is easily reachable by public transport or by walk, and the surroundings are very elegant and pleasant with many boutiques, restaurants/cafes and other shops Only 2 things: Breakfast is not included and is quite expensive (more than 10 euros); Frigobar in my room didn't work. |

The staff were very helpful as we were English speaking guests with only a small understanding of the Spanish language. The breakfast was too expensive. |

Es muy comodo por lo centrico que esta, y con una decoracion moderna y acogedora,con habitaciones espaciosas y un gran baño. La escalera central del edificio antiguo esta conservada y es muy bonita. Es una pena que por ser un edificio antiguo rehabilitado, el garaje tiene un acceso malisimo, pero hay un parking publico muy cerca |

La reforma del edificio para destinarlo a hotel es magnífica. Su ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la Castellana, de la calle Goya y de la plaza Colón. Para ser un hotel de tres estrellas está muy bien. En general, todo ha estado bien. |

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und das Personal an der Rezeption war höflich. Das Frühstück könnte mehr Qualität haben. Und drei Tage keine Marmelade zu bekommen war ärgerlich . Preis-Leistungsverhältnis vom Frühstück müsste überdacht werden. |

Lo que más nos ha gustado de la estancia en el Hotel ha sido la situación en el barrio de Salamanca. Nos encontramos que la TV estaba estropeada y ya era muy tarde para avisar a alguien. |

A localização, a simpatia dos funcionários. Aceder à garagem é praticamente impossível. Eu desisti de pôr o carro na garagem dada a dificuldade de manobrar. Há um aviso á entrada da garagem a dizer que o estacionamento é difícil, mas nunca pensei que fosse tanto. |

la ubicacion es excelente Le falta mantenimiento, renovarse. A la ducha se le sale el agua. la iluminacion de la habitacion es muy pobre. Por la tarifa esperaria por lo menos que el internete fuera gratis. Los corredores estan sucios, viejos y oscuros. No hay homogeneidad en la decoracion. BAnos muy estrechos |
