Idealna lokalizacja w odległości kilku minut spaceru od wszystkich największych atrakcji Madrytu. W pobliżu jest mnóstwo restauracji i miejsc, które uroczo wyglądają wieczorem. W samym hotelu jest bardzo przyjemnie, pokoje i korytarze są ładne, zadbane, czyste. W pierwszym wersji próbowano nas zakwaterować w pokojach zlokalizowanych na poziomie parteru, pozbawionych okien. Po sprzeciwie jednak bez żadnych dyskusji wskazano nam inne pokoje, które były OK. Większość pokoi ma niestety okna wychodzące na wewnętrzne patio, w związku z czym są one bardzo ciemne. Nie jest to jednak wielki problem dla osób, które w dzień zwiedzają Madryt, a wieczorem wychodzą do restauracji. |

Quiet square in a great location. Nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a lot of inward facing rooms and some people don't like this but it has the advantage of being quiet. |

The hotel was very clean and has free internet and a nice lounge downstairs. We stayed twice on either end of our trip and both times were pleased with the room. |

The room we eventually secured was very pleasant, with large windows leading on to balcony overlooking the square. Good location and breakfast, staff family friendly, building has character.. Irritatingly first sent to a small and very dark room, totally unsuitable, even though a far better one was free. Complained and were moved, but if the hotel is full you might have no choice, so don't go for deals you can't back out of. |

The location was very good and central to everything. Great breakfast. Quiet and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were lovely and clean. The bathroom was a great size and a good shower. Plasma screen was great. Even the lift to our room was so quick. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. |

Location excellent. Short walking distance to everything. Central but very quiet. Reception understaffed (only one person). Hotel room smelled of drainage water throughout but we got another when requested. Internet facilities - only one pc available in the lobby and couldn't get wireless connectivity in the room unless I went down to the lobby. |

Buffet breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful for any inquiries. Their suggestions for Flamenco dinner or restaurants were excellent. Broken blow dryer was replaced quickly. Above all, its location was perfect. Broken blow dryer was replaced quickly. |

Massive rooms and very quiet despite being in the centre of Madrid (Plazza del Sol). Its in a pedestrianised area so its really qiuet at night. Great air conditioning to keep cool in vey hot Madrid!! |

I find hotels who use 2 singles bed and sell them as a king or double size ones are cheap, and hotel Martin did this, and as a tell person I ended paying for a bed that I only used half of it all the time, the hotel was also very stingy with shampoos and bathroom commodities, the made will actually will not leave a shampoo bottle if there is a half used one and so on, this is an other cheap side of this hotel |

The location was walking distance to everywhere, it was clean and comfortable, with a bath and the air conditioning was good after walking the city on a hot day. We didn't need it but apparently there was no wireless internet in the rooms. |

Spacious rooms, quiet even though more or less at street level. Extremely well located, no complaints at all. Especially loved the old lift, though modern lift available too. |

Very clean and comfortable. Fabulous location. Convenient for shopping, restaurants, metro, tourist buses etc. We liked everything about the hotel. We did not eat at the hotel. Too much choice outside. |

There is a very elegant seating area near the reception where I enjoyed some food and drink. My bedroom did not have a window so I felt that 3 nights were enough. |

Very central and still very quiet. Polite staff and no complaints We had a very quiet room, on the inside of the hotel. The disadvantage was that it was very hot and opening a window didn't give fresh cool air. I quess better to ask for a room on the outside because it will still be relatively quiet. |

This hotel was a good value for a hotel in a larger city. The location was great (except if you are driving). The staff were very helpful. This hotel was difficult to reach by car. It is surrounded by pedestrian streets and one of the access streets was closed for construction. We took a wrong turn and ended up in a confrontation with the police. I would strongly recommend this hotel to people who are not driving. |
