Bardzo sympatyczna i anglojęzyczna obsługa hotelu; hotel bardzo blisko stacji metra, w spokojnej okolicy, niedaleko centrum; meble w pokoju może nie najnowsze, ale jest czysto, pokoje z aneksem kuchennym, kanapą, toaletką, dosyć spore jak na hotel tej klasy

generalnie nie mam zastrzeżeń, biorąc pod uwagę stosunek jakości do ceny, niektórym mogą jednak przeszkadzać odgłosy dochodzące z sąsiednich pomieszczeń, szczególnie wody w łazience w czasie kąpieli, ale nie jest to według mnie jakiś większy problem

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was good for what I needed and just off a metro link.

Room could have been a lot cleaner and in need of some moderation as it looked tired. Even though there was a kitchen, they had no facilities to use it - they could have had basic tea making facilities but luckily there was a lovely cafe around the corner!

The location was very good being close to Ventas and the Bull ring. 10 minute walk to Old Madrid and didn't bother with the metro or taxi.The room was pleasant and 24hr reception is useful.

They play music in the hallways which can be heard in the rooms at night. There were no good resturants near by and unless you speak Spanish talking with the hotel receptionists can be challenging.

The room was spacious, nice looking and clean. Actually it was bigger then on the pictures. The area was nice and quiet (no tourists partying until morning). The hotel is just in few steps from the metro station. The staff spoke English and was helpful. Overall we were pleased by our stay in this hotel and I was surprised by a previous review which graded this hotel as 2.5.

No dishes and other cookware in the kitchenette. Cleaning staff didn’t mop the floor during our stay.Difficulty with Wi Fi

Kitchen was equipted well. It is nice to have a dining table and a sofa in the room. The studio room was spacious. Hotel is very close to a metro stop.

Bed covers and blankets were dirty. In fact, I was bitten after using the blanket. This hotel can be rated 8 out 10 if bed covers and blankets kept clean too. I hoping this was one off and happened to us.

Receptionists speak English and are very helpful.Underground parking with access by lift.Very peaceful area of Madrid with easy access to the center by metro and bus.

Adding dishwasher and washing machine would be a great advantage.Everyday changed access code to wi fi.

It is convenient. The hotel staffs are very helpful.

Good location, very close to metro, comfortable rooms (despite room darkness), internet free access great plus. Very good hotel for city trip purposes, awesome value for money.

We received an international phone call at dawn and front desk did not transfered it to our room.

The hospitality of the hotel staff and the rooms are cute, acceptably clean. The location of the hotel was good for our needs (especially concidering location vs. prices).

The bed could have been slightly more confortable.

la gentillesse de l'accueil,le tarif, la situation par rapport aux magasins, a certains lieux d'interet touristique,au ciné, au metro et a l'aeroport, heures de départ et arrivée (12h) possibilité de consigne sous clé, sure et visible de la reception

-matelas à bout de souffle (on avait choisi des twin beds) et saleté des rideaux .difficile d'avoir 4 nuits de suite à l'approche du week end
