Great design and location, the food is very good so as the staff, the atrium is the factor so as the open air corridor Service staff is polite but very unpersonnel, they should take it upon itself that the customer with ulmost care and concern |

the location is excellent- within walking distance of four major museums. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant food and the bar were good but expensive. A great hotel for a city break. Some rooms are small and very internal. The fodd and drinks were very expensive |

I took my boyfriend to Madrid for the weekend and this hotel was perfect! Great value for money, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was spot on. I wasn't sure what to expect as photos can be deceiving but I was instantly impressed when I walked in the door. They upgraded our room and again it was perfect, we were staying on the top floor in one if the duplex rooms, I love the design of this hotel the artefacts dotted all around give it a great feel. Would definatly stay there again. We also ate in the European restaurant on the ground floor, pretty pricey but I did love the food, you'll also find a lot of locals using the glass bar in the lobby because it really is that good! Have fun! |

Great location for museums, sightseeing, shopping, restaurants. You reallu feel Madrid. Very attentive staff. Modern and elegant style and deco. Very well mantained. Didn´t have free wifi in rooms. Would like complimentary coffee machine in rooms |

The staff we're very friendly and spoke great english. They gave us a lot of information about what to do in Madrid. The area also was amazing, short walking distance to restaurants and tour bus stops perhaps the closet space was alittle tight |

Stylish nice concept Gay pride weekend and most guests were gay. Hotel staff tend to "sneer" at the guests. Front desk staff never greets anyone with a smile! Very unlike uk hotels.. |

The Hotel is in a fabulous location in Madrid. It is close to shopping and great eateries, and is very stylish and well designed. Staff on reception were cool. |

It in a great location near Sol and palace. Rooms are very nice with super baths for Europe. Open bar at top is fantastic with great drinks. No criticisms except everything is expensive. No need for duplex room as standard is much more functional and lower rate. |
