Znakomita lokalizacja, urozamaicone śniadania, uprzejma obsługa Pokoje trzy osobowe są ciemne pokoje, jest to istotny dyskomfort w przypadku kilkudniwego pobytu. W opisie hotel chwali się basenenm, pomija jednak informację, że ma on 3 m na 1,5m i znajduje się na otwartej powierzchni (dach hotelu) |

Location excellent, rooms a little dated but it had some charm. Spa services were very welcome if a little pricey Breakfast costs over the top - we didn't go but went to cafe down the street which did very cheap breakfast as well as take away tea and coffee. |

Very close to city centre, upscale, very close to transportation, very close to great shopping and great for business trips and finally close to port. 'This hotel is very business however the staff were very willing to help with any questions regarding . You pay for what you get!!!!!!! |

Everything was fantastic, service, staff and food. As soon as we arrived at the hotel everything was just perfect. Customer service is second to none. The staff give you the wow! Experience everytime. You need to be there to experience it. |

excellent 5 star hotel in a great location. Staff very efficient and friendly.Very good value for the rate. Would stay here again. Ask for eight floor, worst rooms are on the second floor. |

Great position at the heart of Barcelona. You can walk to the main sites. We walked to the Ramblas, The Sagrada familia, The Aquarium and the shops around the corner The cost of the food was very high even for a 5 star hotel |

Fantastic location and excellent facilities. Drolma restaurant was a real hgihlight of our stay. Room was superb - great views, plenty of space, and proper blackout curtains ! Despite the busy road outside, the noise level was fine. Service very good. |

We loved the location of the hotel...a lot of facilities and the size of rooms was just perfect. The personnel at the reception was soooo bored and their smile was soooo false...And room service did not work so well...we had to wait 30 minutes for some hot water!!!! and the answer was that because of rainy days many people were inside ordering room service. I found this unacceptable!!! |

excellent location, rooms with a view were rather small, very pleasant roof garden and Spa generally- the poor current exchange rate between sterling and the euro makes this hotel expensive |

The staff was very accomodating. The room, though somewhat on the small size by American standards, was clean with a very nice city view. The beds/pillows were very comfortable and the housekeeping staff was very good. The location was very good and upscale. Room size was on the smallish size even though we had a "privilege" room - 300 square meters. The room decor was a slight bit dated. |

Excellent room, very very good service, fantastic location. Superb view of the City skyline including Sagrada Familia, from rooftop. Best Massage in many years. Restaurant Drolma was superb. Access to the Cigar smoking lounge was a pleasure. Very helpful concierge service. Location can be noisy (street noise from Passeig Garcia) but that is the price for being in the center of everything. |
