dobra lokalizacja - blisko centrum Puerto Banus, ale w czesci spokojnej, spokojny hotel gwarantujacy odpoczynek. Bezposredni dostep do plazy. Dobre warunki na basenie. Powinno byc wiecej miejsc hotelowych na plazy - parasoli z lozkami, aby nie trzeba bylo stresowac sie brakiem wolnego miejsca. |

The size of the rooms and veranda, friendly, helpful and always smiling hotel staff. Enjoying the hotel`s lovely breakfast buffet in the morning sun under the palm trees on the beachfront. |

The location was excellent, although in High Season I am sure the beaches would be very busy.The buffet breakfasts and dinners were very good value. Our room was quite small, but the balcony made it bearable. I could see other rooms were much bigger, but it depends on what you pay. |

Our stay at the hotel was a delight. The staff were extremely freindly and helpful, the quality of breakfast and service is to be applauded. With the location being directly on the beach the designers have made the most of the location by having the outside dining area at beach level, with the pool area elevated to the restaurant roof 1 floor above. On our first visit to the area to see our son and his family at their new home we booked an internet deal for a favourable price and were very happy with the room allocated. However, as the hotel was only 50% capacity at the time, I think management could have upgraded the room to one with a better view, (which would not have cost them anything) in an effort to encourage us to stay there again on our next visit. There are other little touches that need to be addressed like the sunbeds being tired and in need of replacement. The beach beds and bins were not attended to before the visitors appeared again the next day, thereby giving a bad impression towards managements capabilities. When on the beach beds no waiting staff came near to assist. |

Breakfast very good pool area very good for a five star hotel i taught you would have screens on your balcony doorrs for to keep out mosquitos my wife and i had to see a doctor over there and i had to see a doctor here in ireland when i came home. |

Impressive hotel located on the beach, Would recommend an upgrade to the top rooms, so you have the large roof terrace and hot tub. Hotel Staff very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and where to go. A top class hotel One thing about this hotel is that it was sometimes inconsistant, as in, one day we would have 9 towels the next 2, then no shower gel for 2 days so had to call, plus if you want ice, thats an extra 6 euros! |

The hotel was good. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect: just on the beach! I like this hotel! There was only one problem: very thick wall. I couldn hear my nearbers, like they was in my room! |

We Liked the location of the hotel right in front of the sea, even if we had only a partial view of the hotel. Our room at the 4th floor was quite sunny and the balcony was great. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide variety of foods. Staff was friendly and helpful We paid a higher rate to get a room with a sea view and what we got was a room with a "partial"sea view. There weren't enough sun beds on the beach for hotel residents, so we had to rent from the nearby restaurant at 15 Euros each. The location is not that near to puerto banus itself, yes it is a walking distance but only in the morning, at night, there are no lights and it is not advisable to walk. Since we had a car, the hotel charged us for hotel parking- I believe this should have been complementary for hotel guests. |

Excellent location on beach with only 10 or 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus. Buffet breakfast very good especially the fresh fruit and fresh juices. Design of hotel very good as every room seems to have a sea view with centre rooms having both pool and sea view. Got upgraded to a suite for very little extra a night. The extra size of in the suite is great - the terrace is very big and great relaxation area. Buffet dinner for half board could be better but great value for money in a 5* hotel. Pool bar drinks very expensive but lunch/dinner drinks more reasonable in restaurant. |

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Hotel. It was not just clean, comfortable and luxurious, the staff count for everything and every single person we meet could not do enough to help us and make our stay more enjoyable. I am currently arranging some dates for a girlie trip next year. Will will be back. |

The quality of the room and facilities in the room were excellent like the walk in shower and the hydro jet bath tub, the room also had 2 televisions and a cd player , there was also a small digital cooker which was handy for boiling water for making tea , which came in handy. We felt a little bit cheated by the hotel as we prepaid for a superior class room with a sea view or pool view which we did not get as when we arrived we allocated room no:117? On the ground floor of which the terrace was totally overgrown with large palm tree growth completely blocking the supposed pool view. We went back to reception to explain this to them and were then moved to the 2nd floor room 203 which again was a terrible sea view as 95% of the view was either looking straight at a wall or was again totally blocked by overgrown plants. We felt that because we had prepaid for the room we were allocated the worst rooms possible. The hotel is also not within easy reach to Peurto Banus night life. |

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the upgrade to a junior suite on arrival was amazing. It was best of both worlds with the pool and beach so near. Really nice hotel and would go back again. Only the location, it was only a 15 min walk to the Marina along the beach but at night it was not advisable to walk this route so we needed to get taxis. |
