Palacio de Santa Ines jest doskonale polozony i posiada wspaniale, historyczne wnetrza: patio i okolice recpcji. Bardzo dobre sa rowniez sniadania, z duzym wyborem owocow i pieczyw, moze cena 10 euro jest ciut za wysoka. jHotel est zdecydowanie zbyt drogi: pokoje sa dosc ciasne i zakurzone. Spedzilismy dobra godzine wycierajac szafe i polki z kurzu. Reklamowany "wspanialy widok na Alhambre" jest tez przesadzony, poniewaz Alhambre istotnie mozna zobaczyc ale tylko wtedy, kiedy wyjdzie sie na balkonik. Meble w pokoju sa BARDZO eklektyczne. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful interior and original frescoes on walls. Location was fascinating but not near entrance to Alhambra like I had imagined. You can see it up the steep hillside, Very difficult to access. No parking nearby had to walk several blocks with luggage and park our rented car far from hotel. Bed very stiff. |

The building was beautiful and location excellent. The rooom smelled of sewage and the air conditioning unit didnt work properly, so we asked for a fan which was provided. |

Location was ideal tucked away in the old city. We especially loved the decor in the lobby. Staff was very helpful with great recommendations for hidden eating places. Breakfast was a great spread, but there was lack of clarity about its price. We thought it was included. |

The building is most attractive, even charismatic. The location is superb, close to the Al Hambra, and close to the city centre but quiet at night. The beds were uncomfortable but the main criticism has to be the bathroom which was overdue a major refurbishment. The bidet was cracked, the seals round the bath were blackened, the door scraped the floor so badly it would hardly close. The basin outlet was slightly above the level of the bottom of the basin so it was impossible to drain it completely - very unhygienic. |

Location, ambience, room, breakfast, staff were all excellent. I'd like to know who St. Ines was, but I'll find out on Google. Lovely place, we liked it. |

Historic atmosphere Did not know that hotel inaccesable by car. Had to park car some distance away and take taxi. Access dificult for people with mobility issues. |

We enjoyed our stay at the Palacio De Santa Ines immensely. It is brilliantly located for exploring Granada and the Albacyn. The staff were very helpful. We loved the spacious internal courtyard areas of the hotel, the building is old and full of character. The breakfast buffet was good. The only downside was some noise on Friday and Sat nights (in the early hours), not on Sunday though. We were there during a festival however so this may have made it worse. We think this is probably the nature of the area as all the buildings are close together and presumably other hotels could be similar. |

Beautiful old building in Albaycin area, renewed more or less 10 years ago. Wonderful patio with original frescoes. Walking distance from Plaza Nueva and Granada's downtown. |

The hotel is perfectly placed to tour the old part of Granada and the Alhambra. Peace and quite also a bonus No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and breakfast too expensive. |

The bath room was excellent and so was the impressive buiding. The receptionnist was very friendly and informative. It was difficult to be able to drive to the hotel to be able to drop off your luggage, It was also expensive for a three star hotel. |
