Spędziłam 3 dni w tym hotelu. Całkiem dobre położenie, blisko metro i park nauki. Gadzety w łazience faktycznie fajne ale mydło nie było wymieniane co dziennie a grzebień tak...Bardzo miły boy hotelowy. Mimo dość dużego ruchu, było dość cicho. Obsługa mówi przeciętnie po angielsku. Restauracja hotelowa zamyka kuchnię już 22:30, a kanapki które mają "na zbyciu" nie zachęcają do zakupu. W restauracji nikt nie mówił po angielsku. A i hotel wcale nie wygląda tak ładnie jak na zdjęciu :) |

Very kind staff, helped me find some addresses and telephones I needed. The hotel is nice, very elegant, big and comfortable rooms, though I somehow agree with some previous comments about the noisy flooring. When we checked out, we handed them our luggage for safe keeping while we visited Valencia. I particularly liked that they gave us a receipt for our luggage, and their staff returned us the luggage when presented with the receipt. I felt quite safe leaving our bags with documents and valuables inside, unlike those hotels where they tell you "Ok, sir, please fetch your bags from that room over there". Breakfast was not good value for money, for us two would have been 50% of the room price, so we gave it a miss. |

The hotel is very modern and located in a strategic and handy position in the city, very close to Colon (the shopping venue) as well as near to the beach side. Rooms are nice, very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is roomy. Overall the value for money is very good! The staff was not so professional ...the impression we got is that they could hardly speak & understand English. People at the desk hardly smiled and it seemed they didn't get along with each other either! |

This particular so call 4 star hotel charge for ice! When I asked to talk to the manager in charge that day to discuss this, there wasn't anyone in charge at all. When I first arrived there after a long journey to check in. The receptionist told me that someone else has checked in with my name. Which wasn't possible at all. |

Comfortable, clean. Fabulous breakfast, plenty of choice including fresh fruit. Very good value. The flooring has a wood or a wood effect finish which can make the rooms very noisy when guests are walking around. Slippers could be supplied to guests!!! |

I liked the friendliness of staff. The room was clean. We had 2 problems. The shower water temperature fluctuated and was danferous as it became too hot. The air conditioning did not work despite reporting it after the first night. |

We booked to visit the football and watch Valencia play Real Madrid. The hotel as ideally situated and although on a main road, it was quie and peaceful inside the hotel. The staff were verfy friendly and went out of their way to help or answer questions. |

It was very nice to be obviously upgraded free of charge and the room on the top floor with your own private outside balcony, bathrobes and slippers was a real treat after a long journey. The reception personnel were very welcoming especially on check-in and we also liked the ease of getting to and from the underground garage which felt very safe and also very clean and welcoming. The only thing we feel that should be addressed was the restaurant and cafe bar. We certainly did not feel like having breakfast which is such a shame as the hotel itself was so nice. |

Relatively new hotel. Nice design. Clean and comfortable. Most staff was very helpful. Good breakfast, especially for a Spanish hotel. Air conditioning was very quiet. Most staff was good. Especially front desk. Bar and restaurant staff was mixed. Some helpful and friendly, but others were slow and didn't care at all. |

I really thougt this hotel was superb. Very Modern and spacious room.We had a superking size bed, fantastic. The shower was powerful and had all amenities that it was required. Breakfast wa excellent, really provided a great start of the day, had cooked sausages, bacon etc and a huge selection of fruits, pastries and cold meats. The only thing that they need to improve is the hairdreyer. Unconfortable to hold and press the on bottom all the time. |
