Hotel połóżony jest w pięknej, spokojnej okolicy. Jedzenie serwowane w hpteleowej restauracji, jest naparwde przepyszne i kazdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Prosiłam o łóżko małżeńskie, a dostałam 2 materace pojedyncze złonczone razem. Więc mó nażeczony na zmiane ze mną, wpadaliśmy w przestrze po między materacami. |

It was nice,big and the same time enought quiet hotel. Big selection of food.Car parking available. My family , special kids was very happy with indoor swimming pool.Very good hotel staff. We never had a chance to use kids play room, we didnt find it.If you have rooms for family with kids, would be good , if you would have kids play rooms availiable any time. |

Good facilities and excellent swimming pools. Reasonable standard for food. Rooms are really 2 star standard but facilities are indeed 4 star. Staff at reception for the Bonanza building too far to reach. This is a problem as reception does not answer the phone often and also a problem as not all the reception staff speak good English. This hotel is wonderful if you are Spanish speaking but if you are none Spanish be prepared to have quite a few communication problems. |

We had a lovely spacious room with a good view, the food was very good and always very fresh. The staff were very helpfull and friendly. |

Choice at breakfast was good and the pool was lovely The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable!! Plastic glasses by the pool - understandable, but not great. |

Fantastic buffet breakfast. The family room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Dinner buffet was reasonable and plentiful. Available parking. |

Lovely view from room of Tiede and sea. Large room and bathroom. Buffet well organised and efficient staff. In general very comfortable. Position of hotel good in Puerta de la Cruz. Nice stroll into town. No reception area in Bonanza hotel where we stayed. Buffet food rather oversalted and quality sometimes questionable especially meat 'a la plancha' and coffee. |

The amenities and staff are nice in general. The food is very very average. Although we were half board, we ate outside the hotel after the 3rd day. You can tell they are trying to be cheap on food using obvisously first price ingredients wherever possible. And the rooms are noisy although to be fair, it is fine with a good pair of ear plugs. |

everything. the view is marvelous, the location is convenient, no parking problems, the food was tasty, the room was big and comfortable. the explanations of the ingredients of the food is not so good. the vegetarian people could have a problem.. |

Hotel calme et aeré malgré sa taille,propre et bien entretenu, bien situé dans rue passante mais calme, en comparaison des autres hotels tassés directement en première ligne du bord de mer,15mn à pied du bord de mer même si à Puerto de la Cruz il n'y a pas de plage, les buffets petitdéjeuners et diners étaient bien garnis et variés. un trés bon rapport qualité prix, idéal pour aller à la découverte de Ténérife, parking facile. pas de wifi gratuit |

Das gebuchte Superior-Zimmer, gross und gut möbiliert eingerichtet, kann man auch läger drin wohnen.Personal freundlich. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Kann sich aber mit neuen Hotels dieser Klasse, insbesonders architetektonisch, nicht messen. Der Wellnessbereich entspricht bespielsweise Standard der 70/80er Jahre. Die Aussenanlage entsprechen dem heutigen Standard, gepflegte Gartenanlage und mehrer Aussenpools, jedoch sollte einer der Pools für den Winter beheizt werden. |

La atención del personal y la limpieza no tiene parking, el buffet es mediocre y sin variedad. El café del desayuno horrible. El horario es puramente aleman. Cena de 18:00 a 21:00, si te descuidas un poco no te da tiempo a cenar. Hay que hacer cola para todo en el comedor, está masificado. Las instalaciones y decoración son ochenteras. Necesita una renovación. Es un hotel de tres estrellas no de cuatro. |

La atención del personal, muy familiar y agradable, que te hacen sentir como en casa. Gracias a todos ellos por su encanto y educación.Los jardines y piscinas son muy cuidados y limpios. La comida es buena y variada. la habitación enana, con moqueta maloliente y cama inestable. Si decidis acudir a este resort pensad que son 3 hoteles de Rumasa y que te puede tocar independientemente el canarife o el bonanza. Describen habitaciones amplias, pero la nuestra era claustrofobica en el Canarife. A lo mejor no son todas iguales, pero la nuestra dejó mucho que desear. |

La gentillesse du personnel, le prix très modique de la demi pension, la quantité et le choix au buffet du diner et petit déjeuner. La facilité de se déplacer (en voiture) dans le reste de l'île à partir de l'hôtel. Un petit peu loin du centre (mais comme la grande majorité des hôtels à Puerto de la Cruz), mais cela coute seulement 4 euros en taxi de remonter du centre ville. |
