Great value for money. We stayed there for a week and our room was cleaned every day. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Pool is huge; water was clean and we never had problems with getting a sun bed. Apartament needs some refurbishment; but nobody goes to Lanzarote to spend whole day in the room. Rooms have some basic equipment; kettle; toster; some cutlery, fridge;tv; some pots. You have to rent hairdrayer and fan etc. Also great location 10 minutes walk to ocean and most of the restaurants.

location very good, however it did have a steep hill which was a bit of a struggle at times. Pool area lovely. Most staff very nice.

Reception staff / male cleaner very rude & unprofessional. Reception man not at all helpful. However bar staff alex, ray & cleaner carmel & security man BO were extremely friendly & helpful.

The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the beach/main street. There are plenty of supermarkets close by and the reception is always open. The resort was nice and quiet as it was generally couples staying there and there was no shortage of space around the pool.

Our sheets were only changed once during our 5 night stay. There were a few ants in the apartment but it wasn't a major issue.

Staff were very nice, helpful and accomodating. Hotel grounds, lobby and pool area very clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Quiet and peaceful. Adequate accomodation. Good price.

Towels etc provided by hotel, hard and did not smell freshly laundered. Cleaning adequate but could be to higher standard. Apartment kitchens sparsely equipped. Restaurant vacant every night for dinner. Hotel should make greater effort to utilise the restaurant for the benefit of the guests and financial gain for the hotel.

El personal del hotel no me simpatizó mucho

se trata de unos apartamentos bonitos, muy limpios, con buen sofá cama y muy cerca de la playa.

En general el apartamento es bastante amplio. Repetiria sin problemas.

Como está un poco mas elevado que la playa, sopla mas el viento. Nos hizo viento los 7 días. Hay que pagar para ver la tele y son televisores antiguos.

La piscina era grande y estaba limpia. El personal era muy simpático y agradable. La habitación estaba muy bien. Nos gustaron las dos terrazas que además eran grandes. El apartamento en general era completo, limpio y bonito. La situación del apartamento era buena y con bastante parking.

Estaba lleno de guiris (sólo había dos parejas españolas y una de ellas eramos nosotros). Los guiris reservaban las tumbonas a las 8 de la mañana y no bajaban a la piscina hasta las 11h con lo cual ya no quedaba sitio para los demás. Nuestro apartamento estaba en el piso superior y sólo había escaleras. Nos costó bastante encontrar el apartamento por la falta de señalización pero en general la falta de señales abunda en las islas.

La piscina y la amplitud de los apartamentos

Limpieza de la piscina y necesita una remodelación urgente. Televisión de pago y desayuno poco variado.
