The hotel was OK, personell efficient and nice, restaurant clean and food OK. Although a bit distant from the beach, taxi service was very efficient (Taxi in less than 60s) and cost to go to city or beach was fair. Pool area was nice with several option. I think that the web page promised a bit too much in terms of the looks. The hotel was a bit more worn down. Especially disappointing was the gym part, from the web it sounded really good but in reality it was not. On the other hand it was possible to play tennis free of charge which is definitely not bad. |

the view, the pools, the location,the sunshine reserving of sun beds.All reserved by 8 am even there were signs asking you not to. This was not enforced by the management |

In a nice location near shops, bars, restaurants. Room was newly refurbed and modern with excellent views overlooking harbour and beach. Restaurant was okay. Entertainment was good day and night. Prices were good in the bar and supermarket. The beds were not that comfortable. There was a foul stench in the bathroom and in certain parts of the hotel. It was extremely warm at night and needed aircon. Daughter got tile chippings stuck in her foot whilst in the pool and my other daughter cut her foot in the pool. |

Hotel was generally good. The room was very clean.The swimming pool was great with lovely views over the bay. The food was ok but it could have been better. When we arrived at the reception we had to pay for our stay this was not made clear as we thought it had already been paid before our arrival.It was lucky we had our parents card to pay otherwise we would have had to use all our cash and then have nothing left for the duration of our holiday. |

Nice view,Riosol was clean and not to far to walk down to the marina. The Riosol was overall well maintained and any problems were dealt with quickly. Rooms having no air conditioning was a big draw back. Did not get a decent nights sleep due to heat. |

Booked 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean and spacious. Close to the pool we liked as some apartments were lower and upper so we didnt have much walking or steps with the children.Children loved the pool and games area. Could be more daytime activaties for children. Really enjoyed. |

perfect location for a quiet family holiday with all amenities within a very short walk,also a 5 minute taxi ride to main town. food wasnt up to much and staff were not too plesant but they were not rude either. |

Room with a view, food was ok (partially suitable for vegetarians), free wireless internet Unclean room (cockroach, non-regular cleaning), need to pay for every detail (shuttle to beach, tv, safe), uncomfortably high up the hill (always need to take a taxi to anywhere), 100% 80s-style touristic town (nothing traditional, nothing updated since the 80s, built around old shopping malls and minigolf places) |

Fredeligt og stille med en fantastisk udsigt - ihvertfald i den lejlighed vi boede og med nogle hyggelige " naboer " . Dejlige terrasser med solsenge og en stor parasol, måske kunne man ønske et lidt større bord på terrassen. Måske lidt flere ting i køkkenskabene. En kaffemaskine eller måske bare en termokande. Brusekabinen var utæt, men det var helt normalt sagde de, vi fik bare et ekstra håndklæde at lægge for - men o.k. |

Frokost og middag var bra. Det var relativt nyopppusset og rent. Beliggenhet er grei. Når du har forhåndsbestillt og avtalt pris bør det være unødvendig å ta en høyere pris når du skal betale. Dette ble riktignok rettet opp dagen etter. Det virker helt tilfeldig hvilket rom/leilighet du får selv om du har forhåndsbestilt men dette er tydeligvis vanlig der nede. Resepsjonen bestemmer .Denne gangen fikk jeg det jeg forventet.Resepsjonsbetjeningen var veldig upersonlig. |

Terrassen med utsikt. Heldig med gode naboer. 1. Dusj, og armatur for håndvask holder ikke mål. Dusjvannet rant over og ut på gulvet hver ang. 2. Mye maur på terrassen som kunne vært utryddet før vi kom. 3. Jeg fanget og drepte små og store kakerlakker innendørs hele tiden. Pkt. 1 - 3 var ikke som forventet. |

sabiamos a lo que ibamos por lo tanto cuando lo vimos nos gusto... queriamos descansar, conocer la isla y disfrutar de sus playas... se consiguio todo... es como un pisito sin lujos... la señora de la limpieza un encanto... no me ha gustado nada que no pudiesemos usar la television... era de pago... y no tenia aire acondicionado... el primer dia que calor!!!!!!!!! cuando llegamos a las 2 de la tarde, nos dijeron que no teniamos preparada la habitacion... menudo cabreo nos pillamos... nos dieron otra. |

Et rolig og bra hotell med alt som trengs på og rundt hotellområdet (basenger, solsenger, butikk, resturang,bar,barneaktiviteter mm). Ca 100m til et greit køpesenter, minigolfbane mm. Noe av personel i resepsjonen snakket veldig dårlig engelsk, viste ikke hvordan taxi kunne bestilles mm. Kanske det burde vurderes litt opplæring der??? |

Die Apartments waren gut ausgestattet (mit großer Terasse). Die Aussicht war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch am Essen gab es nichts zu beanstanden. |

Bstilte hotellet over internett, og valgte rom med 4 senger, når vi ankommer viser det seg at to av sengene er ekstra senger i stue. Slitsomt å reise fire stykker og to må ligge på stua. Valgte rom med 2 soverom, men ble avvist på hotellet. |

Nydelig utsikt, stor godt utstyrt leilighet, stor solrik terrasse med solsenger og parasoll Litt dårlig renhold i leilighet og på terrasse. Ekkelt med duer som stadig er på terrassen, legger igjen avføring og annet skitt, er til stor sjenanse ved måltider ute. Periodevis mye kakerlakker om kveldene i leiligheten, dog lett å ta knekken på. |

Bra service, trevlig personal och fantastisk utsikt över Puerto Rico. Det var mycket trappor och ibland lite för trångt i hissen som ofta var upptagen. |
