The location of the apartment, in my opinion, it’s the principal quality. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to a kid’s playground, very important for a city that it's difficult to park since the hotel has its own parking space. There's no air conditioning in the rooms. |

They have some facilities such as Ping-Pong, billiards, gym, etc.. One day it was rainy and we couldn't go to beach. But we could comfortably stay at the hotel using those facilities. |

the room was clean and quiet. the location was good just 10min from a busstop. the hotel is not a hotel. it is a student residence so it is expensive. |

simple place. cheap for the area. english speaking staff. two things i can mention. first, the hotel was in san sabastian and all the activity was in donostia. not the hotel's fault. second, the booking was make with an american express and i thought that the room was paid for. at checkout they asked for payment and i was surprised. then they did not take amex. good thing i had a visa credit card with funds. |

very clean, safe place, cheap, good if you come only to sleep to the room exhausted. room was not very comfortable to spent time in the evening, bacause it was quite chilly at nights, including floors, only a tiny carpet. at breakfast mostyly bread and pastries |

The hotel is a 20/30 walk from the city centre, in a very quite area. The double room was really spacious and the beds were very confortable. The bathroom had only a shower. It is perfect if you don't mind walking along the beach front to get to the city centre. |

Olarain was the cheapest by far when we booked. They are essentially college rooms but they are modern and clean. It's about a 5 min walk to ondaretta beach and then about 20-30 min to the old town. There are cafes and a supermarket nearby. I would recommend it to anyone staying in San Sebastian. The double bed were two single put side by side and were a bit hard. Other than that no complaints! |

Cheapest hotel in central San Sebastian. Spacious, clean rooms. Free parking. Free wired Internet in the rooms. This is a student hostel so don´t expect a high standard. Rooms are poorly furnished. The staff is confused and does not seem to have the time or knowledge to provide a good service. It´s a good 45 minute walk to the old town and 30 minutes to La Concha beach. Hotel requires a 10 Euro depositon for an Internet Cable. |
