our stay at santa catalina was really relaxing, the staff are very friendly and everything was of brilliant standard just if the menus could be in english aswell |

Very big veranda, luxurious setting, free wi-fi internet at the Reception. Not Wi-Fi in the room, despite being said so. A bit far from the city vibes. |

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, especially the spa. Excellent value. Walls between rooms are quite thin so can be quite noisy |

That the room I requested was allocated only spanish and limited english is spoken (as brits. but residents of lanzarote, no problem for us) not so good for ¨visitors¨ |

la estancia ha sido buenisima, tanto por el trato como por la habitacion que era excelente, muy romantica y servicial, la terraza de lo mejor con las vistas y para tomar algo fresquito mientras escuchas el piano de la entrada. un ambiente muy calido y realmente agradable, ubicacion perfecta y realmente si desconectas de la rutina por unos dias. estamos encantados y repetiremos segurisimo la visita. no, no cambiaria nada, quiza algun reajuste pequeñito en la habitacion, pero es un estilo colonial y su esencia esta en eso. |

Es antiguo, pero es muy bonito y acojedor, los jardines y alrededores maravilloso, para ir con niños muy bien. Tiene una buena piscina, spa, gimnasio, wifi y parking, gratuitos. El bufet desasuno una pasada. |

Le cadre, intérieur et extérieur, est très agréable. Cette maison a de la personnalité. Les installations sportives (spa, piscine et salle de sport) sont un atout important. Très bon buffet au petit déjeuner. Personnel charmant. Jolies chambres, litterie de très bonne qualité. Je trouve que les salles de bains sont "un peu juste" au niveau du confort (éclairage peu agréable, absence de mirroir de rasage dans certaines chambres, sanitaire assez basique). |

El mantenimiento en la decoracion de la habitacion, (concretamente la 414). Creo que deberian retocar el mobiliario. Mejoraria la variedad en el bufet del desayuno. |

Uns gefiel die zentrale Lage zwischen Altstadt und Hafen bzw. dem Strand "Cantreras". Das Hotel besitzt eine gute Busanbindung und bietet eine kostenfreie Tiefgarage. Die Hauptstraßen-seitigen Zimmer sind belastet durch Verkehrslärm. |

En primer lugar su ubicación privilegiada, ademas de su cercanía hacia el centro. Y en segundo lugar, por ser un hotel antigua con todo su confort y un aire "chic" de antaño. La sala donde se sirve el desayuno, y el servicio ahí no corresponde a un hotel cinco (5*) estrellas. |
