Convenient place to stay in downtown Santa Cruz. We were given a nice penthouse room with lots of space both indoors and outdoors so... no complains at all in that regard. However, management should make a decision on installing a proper AC system and not just a portable unit in the rooms. Considering how the weather is like in Santa Cruz in Summer, lack of good AC is definitely something that could make your stay quite uncomfortable. Otherwise hotel should not be advertised as having AC in the rooms. |

The proximity to the inter-island ferry terminal. Walking distance down to the old town, although return is up a steep hill. Lovely big outdoor balcony area off the apartment. Very clean and good self-catering facilities. It would be an improvement to have secure insect screen doors to the outside, so sliding doors can be left open during the hot days and nights. |

Habitación muy amplia y equipada con muy buena ubicación (a 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad andando). El mobiliario es un poco antiguo (y esto provoca que el sofá y la cama sean algo incómodos). |
