It could be difficult getting your room at times if you are out with the hours when the hotel has staff present. However, the staff are very helpful and give some time will be there to get you registered.

That there was no facility for making a hot drink in the room, a small electric kettle would be great

We loved our room overlooking the square and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The two girls we met on the hotel staff were excellent,and we liaised with them easily by phone as no staff were on site after 12noon, until 9 the next morning.

Think I would have preferred a hotel with breakfast included.

Beautiful room,, very clean, fresh towels daily, great central location

Unfortunately the wood floors throughout the hotel made a lot of noise it was impossible to sleep once the first person was up

The personal attention of Melissa was second to none, from collecting us from the train station because it was raining to storing our luggage and arranging our taxi to the airport. We had a lovely room on the third floor which had a balcony overlooking the town

There was some noise, but with the very central location in the old town this was only to be expected

This place is astonishing. We've had a cute room with terrace. Ideal place to spend few days in Santiago

La situación del hotel, se encuentra en una zona muy centrica de la ciudad.

El ruido del suelo al andar, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Deve constar do site do hotel que não tem recepção, não tem quaisquer funcionário nem serviços, nem tão pouco devia ser permitido constar de um site de reserva de hotéis. Faz-se a marcação sendo enganado, só após a reserva se percebe o logro em que se caíu.
