stylowe wyposazenie, ladny pokoj, czysto, komfortowe lozka, ogrzewanie dzialalo bez zarzutow.hotel z zewnatrz nie wyglada ciekawie ale w srodku elegancko.zaraz przy wejsciu stacja metra "santo domingo" blisko ok.5 minut do metra "plaza de espana", blisko centrum spacerem okolo 10 minut.w poblizu bary i restauracje w ktorych za niewielka cene mozna zjesc zarowno sniadanie jak i obiad. w moim pokoju tv nie dzialalo.jak dla mnie to zaden problem bo nie jechalem tam ogladac tv ale wieczorem troche brakowalo tego.pokoj mialem typu small i taki wlasnie byl, aczkolwiek nie mozna narzekac bo na taki sam sie zdecydowalem. |

Hotel is very convenient for access to Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, and to Metro for access to most of rest of Madrid. Room was small but very confortable. Staff did not remind me to submit Best Western Crown Club card for points/miles.If possible, please take care of thisGold, Member number is 600663 7 143530343 . We stayed 3 nights. |

nice lobby the room was a tiny box room, the curtains were filthy, there was a huge crack running down one wall with peeling paint. The bathroom decor looked like it dated from the '70s with broken tiles on the floor, and one night the bed headboard fell off the wall. Not a 4 star hotel |

Decoration of the hotel, antiques etc were nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had to move rooms because the walls are paper thin and there were some very noisy people next door. We were then moved to a room which smelt strongly of sewage. Also not all the tv channels worked. |

Locate in the center and close to main touristic sites The room was very tiny and almost the same size as the bathroom. We were located on the first floor, and it was very noisy. The internet access is very expensive. |

The character and location of the hotel - close to metro. Helpful staff - was sick during my stay and staff were helpful. Tea and coffeee facilities available. TV only had spanish channels - english and italian language channels were not available at the time. |

Superb location for usual tourist attractions, dining, shopping etc, Room a little small but well appointed and very clean. Absence of in room tea/coffee making facilities was a minor problem |

I booked in the internet a superior room and on arrival it was given to me a room on the first floor with a very small window to the back with almost no light. I complained and then they gave me a room in the third floor also with very bad lighting to the enclosed back, only slighty better then the first. For me it was not a superior room. There was no heating in the bathroom ! |

Good location. Very comfortable bed. The room was single, but too small. The staff (excl. a lady) was not interesting in helping the guests. It is a 4 stars hotel and you can't buy even cigarettes nor matches. The most 4 stars hotels have their own gratis matches. At the leaving the hotel on my way home, nobody of the staff didn't tell me goodbye. |

Great Location close to shops, bars, restaurants and the famous hop on hop off bus. Staff extremely helpful, they even took care of parking our hire car ! Great breakfast. Rooms very comfortable. Great Hotel. Restaurant does not open early enough for breakfast, but this seems to be part of Madrid's concept of 'late mornings' and 'late nights'. |
