I like the interiors - simple and modern. The location is perfect. However I have two points for improvement: 1. to have an iron awailable if not in every room maybe at least in the reception for a possibility to hire (not everybody might want a full service, some are capable to iron themselfs:)) 2. the food selection was amaising, and everything was delicious but when I came down to the restaurant, tables were full of dirty plates, there were no place to seat. On the bufet glases and plates are placed in a way there are not clearly visible - I suggest reorganisation and additional staff who can prepare the breakfast room in a way that it does not look like a simple canteen but like a restaurant in a four star hotel. |

Standard western hotel...nothing particularly to like Airconditioning in my room did not work very well. Staff were off hand, and managed to loosed my laundry for a day. |

The hotel is in a good central position for the historic sites - recommend the Zaragoza card Prefer to have breakfast included in the price. Would like to have seen a more Arogonese dinner menu and more Arogonese wines on the standard menu - Sunday was the Arogonese evening. |

Solo he utilizado la habitación que tiene muy buenas camas y ademas es amplia y comoda y la zona de desayunos que me ha parecido comoda y ademas el desayuno muy completo y de buena calidad. Pequeños detalles en la limpieza del polvo acumulado en los accesorios del baño pero que no tienen mucha importancia. |

Las habitaciones y el diseño moderno pero funcional del hotel. Uno de mis favoritos en Zaragoza por no decir al que siempre intento ir. Centrico y bien situado. La cafeteria algo escasa, pero bien. |

Habitación amplia y limpia, situación perfecta a pocos metros de la Basílica, personal muy amable, la oferta de incluir el parking fue lo que nos decidió a elegirlo y acertamos de pleno. Cuando volvamos a Zaragoza, volveremos a este hotel. |

Lo mejor la comodidad y decoración de las habitaciones. Al intentar comer en el Restaurante del Hotel se nos indicó de bastante malas maneras que estaba completo. |
