A lovely hotel with polite and courteous staff. Ideal location for visits to the Alhambra and shopping. I would recommend it.

stayed in junior suite which was very spacious. room was clean with modern and minimalistic look

breakfast service was poor and the selection of food at the buffet limited with food not being replenished frequently

Room and public areas are of a good standard. Easy to find with a car. Had good car parking. Rooms very quiet. Within comfortable walk to centre of town.

Yes. For a business type hotel the taff was poorly informed. Hotel lacked concierge and most staff at desk seemed disinterested in providing help or giving assistance.

Within 15 mins walk, there was shopping and restaurants & bars aplenty. The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

The pool wasn't available on the Saturday, due to a wedding reception.

Good location, just outside city centre so quiet but nice walk into town or you could take a taxi. Good room size and comfortable beds. Good choice of breakfast.

English was not widely spoken by the staff, which was only a problem when my wife's handbag was stolen at a cafe restaurant in the city centre. I did feel that as a 4* hotel with a lot of British guests that perhaps more staff should be avl who speak languages other than Spanish.

We found the hotel to be pleasant and modern in design.The staff were very proffessional.Its location is convenient to the centre of town,we would use it again,

The only thing that we did not like was that our room 103 was very noisy,overlooking a garage and carwash,bins which get emptied at midnight and deliveries at various times.
