Pierwsze wrażenie, cichy, kameralny hotel z "duszą". Bardzo dobre położenie dla zwiedzających i robiących zakupy. W pokojach mających wyjście na dziedziniec wewnętrzny hotelu z recepcją, w nocy dochodzą głośne rozmowy z recepcji i dżwieki z hotelu. Stanowi to problem z zaśnięciem. Nie wiem jak jest w innych pokijach. |

overall the hotel is very nice however, the noise out on the plaza at night is terrible. In particular the city cleaning machines between 4 and 5 AM. They should do something to reduce the noise - better windows??? |

Lots of attention to details that make a higher priced hotel work: Thick bath towels, new bath fixtures, good bed. We did not have a room with a view but I would save 25€ a day there and walk outside for my view. This is an ideal hotel for an exploration of Sevilla as we did for 4+ days. We came and went by AVE high speed train -- no car to fool with. |

Lovely, historical design. Within walking distance to all of the sites. Depressing looking square out in front. Somewhat difficult to find. Not great signage. |

A really attractive Hotel with courteous and friendly staff. The bathroom was lovely especially the big bath. It was good to have breakfast provided in the hotel which was good value for money. |

The interior court yard and the overall character of this hotel was beautiful. Good value for money if you book on-line. Close to restaurants and good walking distance to mainly shopping area (approx. 5mins) and Santa Cruz (approx. 15mins). We requested for a room facing the internal courtyard based on the reviews of previous guests that rooms facing the street were extremely noisy. The internal room we got was extremely small with no windows. Because of this, the bathroom felt damp and you can feel the dampness inside the room. |

The hotel has lots of character with beautiful furnishings. It is stylish, immaculately clean and lives up to its 'boutique' description. Nothing, but we are experienced drivers in Europe and even with detailed planning, found the narrow busy streets and the city one-way-system difficult. |

Very attractive small hotel, well presented and maintained, clean and pleasant room with large comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, good location only 5 minutes walk to city centre (Centro) and 10-15 minutes walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar. |

Very helpful receptionists. Within walking distance of the main shopping area and monuments. Most unusual interior (nicely renovated old sacristy building), offering something different to the large concrete block hotels. Good value for money. Much improved breakfast compared to previous visit. Parking close by is not at all easy! |

The location is wonderful. It's on the lively Alameda de Hercules, a large, mainly pedestrianised square, with numerous bars, cafes and restaurant; and a short walk from the best shops and central sites. The hotel has kept some of its period features including the internal courtyard, which is is a peaceful haven. Our room was on the front, which was a bit noisy, but it was the 'friendly' sounds of people eating and drinking, so wasn't a big problem. Double glazing kept most unwanted noise out and we enjoyed being able to look out of our window onto the square, seeing what was going on. |

A great deal with booking.com - if you were paying the full amount it would be expensive. Excellent location. We had a courtyard facing bedroom with no natural light at all, room was oppressive and airless. Would not want to stay in a room like this again. |

Very nice atmosphere, charming decorations, well appointed beautiful rooms. English speaking personnel. Ask for room with patio view to avoid street noise of busses and taxis. Quite short walking distance to center. Free wireless internet. Breakfast buffet too expensive, better eat on a terrace next door. First room we got was just around the corner from reception desk and was a bit noisy due to some machine. Next night we were moved to another room which was much better. No parking facilities directly at hotel |

From the moment of our arrival, we were put at our ease. The hotel itself is beautiful, the architecture lovely, and it was very clean. The lady at the reception was charming and helpful, as were her colleagues throughout our stay. The room was lovely: clean, comfortable, spacious, and cozy. Breakfast was abundant, top quality, and again, the dining hall was very clean. I would willingly return, and this hotel contributed to our general feeling of well-being and enjoyment, which we had sorely missed over the last 3/4 years elsewhere. There was nothing to complain about at all. In fact, some of the remarks made on the website were totally untrue (viz. the breakfast, the size of the rooms, etc.). |
