Our room was very spacious and very quiet. The hotel staff were excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. The hotel grounds were beautiful, very pleasant for a wander in the garden. |

The service, the people there were extremely helpful and really nice to talk to.The bedrooms were fab as well, although not cheap if you choose the ones with the seaview. Beach at the back is not very nice, but there is one not far away - 5 minutes in the car |

Everything! Fantastic building, great location, excellent facilities and we were upgraded from superior double to a large suite overlooking gardens and beach for no extra charge. Immaculately clean, modern facilities, no expense spared in constructing this hotel and nothing too much trouble for the staff who were all delightful. Very convenient for beach, a short walk across the garden, and city a short taxi ride away - far enough for this hotel to be a very peaceful haven, away from the bustle of Vigo´s busy port and commercial district. |

Food at the hotel's restaurant especially beef steak. The hotel manager very well train in what he do. The located is superb. Most of the hotel sraff are not speak English. There was only 4 staff such as receptionist and the manager can speak English. Even more, seem the chef dont know what is on the menu, cooked our meals wrong for 3 times. This hotel probably cater only riches Spanish people. If you cant speak Spanish, I rather reccommend you not to stay in this hotel. Do not go to Vigo during winter bcoz of the rain. |

Gorgeous bathroom, nice beds, beautiful building, amenities that fit a 5 star hotel Service was definititely not 5 star. Had to wait everywhere to get service, or even ask for it: at the reception waiting for 5 mins, at the breakfast room had to ask to be helped after 10 mins waiting, at the bar we had to ask reception to send someone to serve us (did not occur to them to do that themselves). And shower was not superhot water. |

Habitaciones amplias, vistas hermosas, hotel en buen estado. La mayoría del personal, sobre todo del spa, muy amigables y eficientes. La recepción fue incluso divertida, con la copita de cava y las sonrisas. Muy agradable estancia, muy sencillo todo. Aunque la decoración exterior me parezca de un gusto discutible, la sensación general es muy agradable y relajada. Demasiado lejos de la ciudad, y con unas comunicaciones tortuosas (al menos en mi experiencia, con mi coche). Spa pequeñito pero eficaz para un rato de relax |

la qualité est sur toute la ligne au rendez-vous dans cet hôtel, depuis l'accueil au champagne jusqu'au service impeccable même au moment du départ. Personnel toujours souriant et disponible, buffet du petit déjeuner époustouflant tant dans la diversité des produits proposés que dans leur qualité. Les chambres, d'excellentes dimensions jouxtent des installations sanitaires de qualité remarquable. C'est un sans faute sur toute la ligne. Bravo, parfait management. |
