The building was attractive from the outside. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was a reasonable size. The hotel is not central to the historic area of the town. The bathroom was not very clean. The service was impersonal and I feel that this hotel is more suited to people visiting Vitoria on business than tourists wishing to enjoy the ambience of the town. |

Very clean hotel. Excellent bed. Spacious room. Central location in Vitoria. Good restaurant and bar. The hotel is surrounded on both sides by two lanes of traffic.If guests are not used to it, the noise could spoil your entire stay. |

The beds were comfortable. WiFi was not free but cheep for 24 hours. (Internet connection was smooth) Walking with our heavy baggage, we felt the hotel was a little far away from the RENFE station. (but it is still within walking distance) |

Very good hotel. Very central location, good breakfast, excellent room and bathroom. Free Wifi. Friendly personal at the reception and breakfast room. The connection to the internet (WiFi) in our room was bad. But this has more to see with the specific location of this room. |

I stayed only one night but it was really relaxing. Everything crystal clean. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom with everything you need. English speaking receptionist and very polite despite it was 23.00 when we checked in. I would only change the carpet because I don't like carpets not because it was dirty. |

Excellent value for money . In a great location less than 5 minute walk from old town. The hotel was very dated . was more like a 3 star than a 4 star . In a 4 star hotal we had to pay to use the internet which was strange . Everything extra had to be paid for ie internet, swimming pool, saune, fitness centre |

I loved the hotel. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The extra door between the corridor and bed meant that it was very quiet. Very much recommended! I was aware of the internet charges before I booked, but in relation to other hotels in 2009 I found the charges prohibitively expensive, which was a shame. |

We were visiting the Basque Region and Vitoria is a wonderful city. The hotel is not right in the center of the old city, but very close and a nice walking distance. Parking was available at the hotel for a fee. The staff were very nice and helpful. |

FOR OVERNIGHT STAY WHEN TRAVELLING FROM FRANCE TO SPAIN MED IT OFFERED GREAT SECURITY IN UNDERGROUND CAR PARK FOR CAR LOADED WITH LUGGAGE ETC, WORTH THE 14 EUROS. STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL & ACCOMODATION WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE IT IN TOWN TRAFFIC WAS NOISY AT PEAK TIME BUT NO PROBLEM LATER |

Central location, easy to find and park Hotel is between two busy main roads: the soundproofing in our "executive" room was ineffective, so an uncomfortable night. Receptionist unsympathetic. |

room is large, the bed is huge (according to spanish standards) The outside walls are thin, some noise from the street. for the same reason it was quite cold. would be nice to have water radiators instead of that dust blowing thing in the wall.. Breakfast is expensive, not worth the money. |

Buena relación calidad precio. Habitaciones muy confortables, destacar camas. Bien ubicado para visitar andando la ciudad. Bastante ruido del exterior. Parece que no está suficientemente aislado y nosotros, en la 3ª planta, escuchábamos con fuerza el ruido de los coches, buses, etcétera. |
