Room service was good and the hotel staff was very helpful. The design of the hotel was very artistic and you could tell that a lot of thought and detail went into its creation. My room was definitely a European design...it had a lot of pizazz and style. I do think that for those guests who are English speaking, the TV's should have subtitles or captions in English. I did not like the fact that an iron service was available and there was no iron in the room. The hotel did not have an iron available and I had to pay 50 Euros to have my clothes ironed. I had to present at a major conference and could not risk looking inappropriate. I think the hotel should offer irons in each room or reduce the rates for the iron service. |

Location is perfect for ladies who is thinking to do some shopping with limit-free credit cards :) right after visiting science and oceanography which is also next door. Our room was OK but our friends had to change the room due to noisy :) bed and the noise from the next room (TV left open all night long). I can also confirm that you can easily here any noise from next room. |

Location fantastic for arts and sciences centre and a short bus ride to city centre or port and beach. Clean stylish rooms with great bathrooms. Loved the lighting and sculptures in communal areas and the friendly helpful staff. |

Proximity to the city of arts and sciences as well as to several shopping malls and restaurants. was happy to book the hotel because it had a beautiful spa. however it was closed on the day we wanted to take advantage of it. not sure if it always closes on Sunday (which would be ridiculous, as more people could use it then) or if it was being repaired |

A contemporary design hotel, everything was new as it had just been refurbished. The spa and gym were great and breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods. Great location - beach 10mins away, shopping on doorstep, science and arts museums 5 min walk away and old town short taxi drive. Brilliant hotel would definitely stay again. |

This hotel is very convenient for Ciudad De Las Artes Y Las Ciencias, within 10 mins walk. It is also well situated for the Aqua Shopping Centre and the Department Store. Taxi & Bus stops are also very close by all within 5 mins walk. Hotel Staff very helpful even though they speak limited English. Put us off going to Spa, because of ther fact that you had to wear Swimming Caps. |

This hotel was the most pleasant surprise on our trip. We were there for pleasure, but I would also recommend it for business travel as well. The front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful and the hotel was beautifully designed and spotless. The buffet breakfast was more than ample. If you can get a good competitive rate and would like to stay in the new part of Valencia, near the City of Arts and Sciences, I would recommend this hotel. And free WiFi! There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. The only bad experience was that we were recommended by the front desk to go to a seafood restaurant downtown and were upsold, due to some miscommunication, into the most expensive meal of our trip, much more than other diners were paying - but I blame that on the restaurant. |

Hotel Urbem is a stylish, contemporary hotel. Bright airy rooms with hard wood floors and crisp white sheets. The Hydro spa was a fantastic experience and although the gym was a little small, was fair enough. Besides, if you want a jog, you have the 10km stretch of the beautiful parque del Turia on the doorstep. Also a few steps away from the modern architecture of the Museo de las Ciencias, Oceanigrafico and Palau des artes. Fantastic location! |

Location, Reception kindness, Room size Cleaning was just typical not detailed, very poor. Also the SPA pool was not available during our stay, fact that dissapointed as a lot as it was a must for us (honeymoon)! In our booking confirmation from you the SPA should be closed from 06 July till 09 August. The hotel reception said that you were informed. Please explain because this incident affect us a lot. |

the location of the hotel is very convenient especially if you are coming for F1 race in Valencia, there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the service is less than poor!!!! One day they forgot to make up the room even if i called to the reception and housekeeping 3 times!!! The selection of the bar is really poor, minibar is about nothing - only coca-cola and water!!! No drinks (even Champaign) is available in Room service after midnight! |

The bathroom is nice and clean, I especially like the toilet seperated from the bathing area. The 32' tv is rather big and good compared to the normal hotels in Spain, the room is small, but functional enough. No toothbrush, no toothpaste, no ac adapter, when we asked for a folk, the answer was still No. The room looks nice and clean, but not that clean. I mean for example, in the bathroom, the surface looks clean, but if you check the back side it is not. I can also see the ballpen signs on the pillow, it might leave bad image to the customers. But it's a four star hotel, not five, so you can not ask that much, right? |
