Spędziłam 3 dni w tym hotelu. Całkiem dobre położenie, blisko metro i park nauki. Gadzety w łazience faktycznie fajne ale mydło nie było wymieniane co dziennie a grzebień tak...Bardzo miły boy hotelowy. Mimo dość dużego ruchu, było dość cicho. Obsługa mówi przeciętnie po angielsku. Restauracja hotelowa zamyka kuchnię już 22:30, a kanapki które mają "na zbyciu" nie zachęcają do zakupu. W restauracji nikt nie mówił po angielsku. A i hotel wcale nie wygląda tak ładnie jak na zdjęciu :) |

The Hotel is such a well crafted building both inside and out and the location is excellent. The staffing were also helpful and most couteous. It presents a good image and i would recommend it to anyone travelling to Valencia, for business or pleasure..... and especially if you are thinking where to stay for next years MotoGP !! |

The staff was amazing. We kept getting lost trying t ofind the hotel and keep calling for directions. One staff member stayed on the phone to help us out. The breakfast buffet was very good and the parking was secure and just underneath the hotel. Parking is very difficult to find in Valencia.This was more a 3* star hotel The hand towels were very old.The toilet needed better cleaning.I do think we got a good deal for our money. It just isn't a 4 star hotel. |

This is a very busy hotel with an excellent city location.The staff were competent and friendly. Parking facilities are very good. Breakfast although hectic with a continually full dining room was very well serviced by the hotel staff and the buffet was always replenished with plenty to choose from. Good value for money. |

The Hotel was well placed for walking into the city centre and there was lots of good bars and resturants in the area it was very good value for the price we paid |

1. Comprensive breakfast in relaxed atmosphere. 2. Nice cafe with extensive opening hours. 3. Easy 10 minutes walk to Metro station. No tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. |

The hotel is well situated for access to the beach, the city of arts and sciences and the town centre. The cafe and restaurant are excellent. |

the cleanliness of the rooms and the good range of toilet accessories.Also a very good breakfast was included in the very reasonable room rate. Maybe because the breakfast room was very busy due to an engagement party the previous evening but the two young ladies on breakfast duties did not seem to be able to cope. Everything. Excellent food, cleaning, attendance in reception, design of the room, comfortable beds, minibar, silence in spite of the proximity of the main street,... lacking of a "bidet" in the bathroom. This is a must for Spaniards, Italians and French, but more and more I see hotels going to the "international (AngloSaxon-based) custome of suppressing it. However, the room and the bathroom itself was of amplitude enough to place inside a bidet. It´s the only uncomfortable aspect I noticed. |

Spacious room. Big bathroom. Great lighting. Nice design. Close to Calatrava's city of Science and Arts. Needs bus or car to the city centre but otherwise is pretty central. You can find easily parking place around the hotel in August (I'm not sure though for the other months). Staff knowledge of main political issues/condition. The receptionist didn't know that Greece was in the European Union and at first could not accept my ID. He did not refuse though, he just asked me. |

Excellent all round,one problem with air con -fixed almost immediately by change of room-staff were excellent. Would have liked a more atmospheric bar area for evening drinks before or after dinner but this did not detract from an overall excellent stay. |

We went for a football match and it was an excellent location for the Stadium. We had a problem with water comming through from the room above which the staff sorted very quickly The rooms were spacious. th Overall the hotel decor is tired and in need of an uplift. |

Everyone was very nice and they even had bikes we could rent to go to the beach. They were helpful with directions and other questions. The food in their cafeteria was good tasting and so was the breakfast. |

Usual perfect standard for this chain, no problems. Restaurant was good and their daily menu great value. Close to City of arts and science. Bit far from old town |
