Sus jardines y el trato recibido por el personal del hotel Las comidas no son de excesiva calidad ni estaban demasiado bien cocinadas y sin embargo eran muy caras. El servcio del restaurante muy muy lento. |

Su ubicación e instalaciones. El excelente trato de su personal, nos han dado todo tipo de facilidades durante nuestra estancia, siempre con mucha amabilidad. Minibar muy caro. Que no haya en los restaurantes del hotel menús confeccionados con comida típica de la zona. Platos demasiado internacionales y algo impersonales, aunque bien hechos. |

El hotel es precioso.Totalmente renovado, con una decoración muy bonita.Nos dieron una habitación con vistas al mar realmente espectacular.Pero lo mejor de todo fue el servicio, extraordinario.Desde los señores de recepción a la atención en el desayuno.Todo un lujo.Aconsejo este hotel encarecidamente. Muchas gracias. No .Me gustó mucho todo. |

The gardens were out of this world and were definately five star plus. Close to beach and local bars restaurants. Lovely beach club and spa. The room I booked was a superior room but it was not. It stunk of smoke and had no balcony. Drinks in the hotel were ridiculous prices and also the food. Has a long way to go to be a five star. |

Amazing beach club....fantastic cocktails in there, very clean rooms, towels changed twice a day, great childrens club. The pools were far too cold.... there was aheated pool but again too cold to go in for longer than 20 mins. No entertainment in the evening for familys with children. |

The service and ambience of the hotel and its excellent facilities. The staff were outstanding including the warm welcome from the manager. no, the only thing was the Euro rate made it expensive for drinks etc. eg a club sandwich at 17 Euro's is a little over priced in my opinion. |

It's location is fantastic. The best thing about the hotel is the garden, it's just amazing. From my point of view, it's important to have young staff at the hotel. The cleaning service keeps on knocking on the door even if you have the do not disturb me sign. They just knock and enter the room straight away. |

on arrival i found that the double room i had booked was in fact a twin room had been allocated. I was very disapointed as i had made this booking in january for my 50th birthday celebrations along with 5 other rooms ! after several phone calls with the staff they eventually canme and rearranged the room, so on that point i was a bit un happy. |

The pool, gardens and grounds of the hotel were well maintained and very pleasant. The food was generally good and it was easy to take day trips to interesting nearby sites. Though the hotel was empty, they put us in a part of the hotel that had not been renovated and overlooked the back parking lot. Surely they could have made a more pleasant room available for the price we paid. |
