La ubicación del hotel, a medio camino del Albaycin y del centro. La tranquilidad que se respiraba.

Me parece excesivo el precio. Nuestra habitación era pequeña, el baño tenía deficiencias en cuanto a los desagües y creo que necesitaba alguna reparación importante.

Su personal es encantador

Siendo el mismo precio que otra habitación que cogí en el palacio de Santa Inés, ésta no tenía nada que ver con la otra, ni el hotel tampoco, mucho mejor el palacio. La forma de llegar horrorosa, los coches no llegan con lo cual te pegas una caminata con maletas y está muy liado el acceso por tanta callejuela, ya se sabe es el albaizin.

Ambiente del hotel y ubicación

This was a lovely little hotel in a stunning location near the Alhambra. The furniture and decor was all in keeping and there was lots of original art on the walls. We didn't find the fact that you couldn't drive right up to the hotel a problem, the taxi dropped us of only a couple of minutes walk away. Good breakfasts were provided (at extra cost) and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a little frustrating to know that the rooms on the other side of the hotel had a view of the palace, and ours didn't. Having said that our room was lovely and had plenty of room. Not ideal if you drive to Granada but that is the price you pay for staying in the old quarter.

The room was very atmospheric and we could see the Alhambra lit up at night from our window. The interior courtyard at reception was very nice. One of our rooms was very cold at night and the staff were great organising a heater. The staff were lovely.

For the money the breakfast was very disappointing. Serve yourself pastries and cereal, some fruit and that was it. The remote control in the bedroom didn't work. I suspect it was the batteries which is a small thing to fix if anyone had thought of it. There were only 3 hangers in the wardrobe in the room!

Our room was very noisy, and the air conditioner did not work right. The staff were nice, and helped us transfer to their other hotel (which was excellent).

the staff should let guests use the service elevator to move luggage from the street. it was very hard to carry suitcases from the taxi drop off. hotel staff was not very clear about the direction to the taxi driver. we had to go around twice in different taxi to finally find the street climb up to the hotel entrance. the staff did not tell us we can use a lift from the street.

Our room was very quiet, with beautiful tiles in the bathroom (almost like in the Alhambra). Wonderful view of the patio and the flowers. Breakfast with view of Alhambra.

We stayed in their Alhambra suite, which was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view. The location was terrific -- on the edge of the Albayzin -- and the building fascinating, with the character and rich detail one associates with old houses. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with restaurant bookings and cabs. We felt well looked after throughout.

The breakfast room was a bit small and cramped, with one table across from an elevator and directly next to the entrance to a guest bedroom!
