la proximida del museo Guggenheim

Situación céntrica.

Llegada al hotel complicadisima. El hotel debería facilitar aparcar en el parking del hotel, mucho más accesible, y después formalizar la entrada en recepción...

Pegado al Guggenheim.Bien comunicado por tranvia con el resto de la ciudad.Desayuno buffet muy completo(tambien se paga).Tamaño de la habitacion y baño correctos.Buen trato del personal.

Al hotel le sobra una estrella.El mobiliario empieza a notar el paso de los años.Moqueta sucia debajo de la cama.Paredes de pladur(el de la habitacion contigua parece que esta utilizando tu baño).Falta de cortinon en el ventanal(en quanto amanece la claridad invade la habitacion.Por el mismo precio no repetiria.

Excellent in terms of service, convenience to the Guggenheim and Museum of fine arts.

Car access difficult, as all of Bilbao.

The rooms were interesting with distinct features. The hotel was centrally located with easy access to the riverside, the Guggenheim and to local cafes and restaurants.

Location is good. Staff can speak English and they were friendly. Free Wi/Fi and DVD player in the rooms. Modern decorated. Small details are thought and realised.

Single rooms are looking into a small courtyard. But there are cloths hanging at the other buildings and when it's being cooked, it smells.

Clean open and airy feeling of the room. Very stylish. Good selection at breakfast

Facilities not operational that we particularly wanted to use, ie Gym and Spa which are undergoing long term renovation. This should have been mentioned when booking.
