That I was close to the beach as the pool facilities were very poor it was very difficult to get a sun bed and it felt like butlins the food, queues to get to the bar, the lift took forever. |

The hotel has it's own swimming pool. It is very quite close to beach. The food is very bad, especially drinks. I don't reccomend to buy all inclusive. |

The staff helpful and friendly. Food was good and a variety of food items was available. Local to shops and the beach. Entertainment provided was good. I liked the fact that there was young and old at the hotel as i travelled with my parents there was somethimg for everyone. The hotel facilities and grounds were clean and well kempt. They do not change bed linen - only once a week. |

The large buffet (a lot of choices) and which changes every day. It's closer to the beach than you think and within walking distance from Magalluf. Very noisy rooms. Having to pay 24 euro per week for a safe. Reception staff not really friendly. The lifts are very small and inefficient and there are only two of them in such a big hotel: a few times we had to wait more than 5 minutes for the elevator to arrive... often only to see that it's already full... |

the food was excellent, top notch. not enough sun loungers, some of the reception staff could have been friendlier, some of the older staff on reception a bit grumpy. bathroom stank a bit when the water was turned on but we stayed on the sixth floor, lifts way too small and very hot if ypu are travelling from ground to the 6th floor |

the selection of food and the quality of the cooking was 1st class. hotel close to nice beach. there were to many young adult males either paired up or allowing non guest members to stay in rooms - they behaved in the most appalling drunken manner most of the time and invariably through the night disrupting family groups. stayed here august 07 and it was lovely - won't be going back. |

Närheten till havet! Ganska stort utbud av mat på buffen.Rena rum. Ja, väldigt grinig man i receptionen! Verkade som han var trött på gäster! |

les serveurs du restaurant simpatique et 1 en particulier PEDRO si vous allez dans cette hotel nésiter pas a lui parler ou a lui demander ce que vous voulez il ya un receptionniste tres sympa aussi qui es un peus agée sinon les autres rien dans la tete pas de sourire rien et en plus je me suis pris la tete avec eux pour le parking il voulait pas me laisser me garé dans l'hotel alors alors que c est indiqué dans la réservation parking voila bonne vacances |

Het eten was niet altijd goed warm, en het koude eten vleeswaren E.D. waren niet goed koud, verkleurd enz. De kamers zijn erg gehorig, auto's van de snelweg zijn goed te horen, en een generator van ik denk uit de keuken maakt erg veel lawaai. |
