Incredible Staff, especially Andres and Ambrose. The Location was fantastic - everyone knows where the cathedral is. Everything in the gothic quarter is within walking distance from this hotel. We got lost a couple times, but simply said the word "Cathedral" and everyone pointed us in the right direction.

Breakfast was nice, but pricey. So we walked 100 feet to the Cathedral courtyard and ate breakfast each morning (there is even a Pizza Hut a half a block away).

Beds were very hard and not comfortable. Also street noise, but ear plugs did the trick.

The location was perfect to stroll Las Ramblas, walk to main tourist sites and catch the hop-on, hop-off bus. We enjoyed the safety at all hours and the ease of getting around. It is an amazing city to enjoy the architecture, parks and cultural events and restaurants.

It was a bit noisy at night, but that is the price of having a perfect location in the city. It didn't bother our sleep. Days are so full of activity that at night you are too tired to be kept awake by noise.

Best thing about this hotel is its location. Staff are also very accommodating if you have a late flight home by looking after your bags. Definitely stay there again!
