Very quiet peaceful location. Everyone was delighted to help you. Nothing was too much trouble The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. The one problem was one of the female chefs could not cook eggs they were burnt every single morning except for the two mornings she was not there. |

Everything was perfect, especially staff (very friendly and helpful). All facilities are new, room was spacious and comfortable. Wide range of food in buffet. |

Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated & enormous. Great pools. Very spacious rooms with great balcony views. The only problem during our stay was the air con in our room didn't work very well. Otherwise everything was fabulous! |

This hotel is in a nice location and is clean and pretty. We stayed in the high cost villa, but I would not do that again. The regular rooms are just as nice, if not more so, and they have a view. The villa view is blocked by a wall. The beds at this hotel are not comfortable at all. Staff is friendly and helpful, but the food is nothing to crow about. |

The staff, the spa and the pool area. The food in the evening was very poor. The view was perfect but the food was dry, having been put out for quite a time. and not very interesting. |

The stay was extremely relaxing, in a very clean and comfortable room (we chose a villa with private jacuzzi). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, with a high degree of variety. In particular, the breakfast was superb. The immediate surroundings are not the best place we'd ever seen. The hotel itself is an exception in good taste, as the other hotels and restaurants are very 'cliché'. |

El tamaño de la habitación así como la magnífica vista que ofrece. El desayuno es de excelente calidad. En cuanto al restaurante de la piscina, para escapar (la salsa de queso gomero es penosa) Sí. En un hotel de cinco estrellas, la habitación se hace de nuevo por la tarde, no se estira un poco la sábana y se queda la colcha como se encontró. No cuesta nada fregar dos tazas de café que habían sido usadas por la mañana. Falta personal en recepción, ya que había dos empleadas y una de ellas no sabía hacer facturas...porque era nueva, con la consiguiente cola que se formó. |

La atención de todo el personal, fantástica. Las habitaciones, de ensueño y la restauración estupenda. Las almohadas. Creo que en un hotel de esta categoría deberían disponer de carta de almohadas, ya que para los que tenemos ciertos problemas en las cervicales es muy dificil acomodarnos con los dos tipos disponibles en la habitación. |

Habitación muy amplia. Algunas de las piscinas tienen el agua climatizada, entre ellas una para niños pequeños. Comimos en el restaurante de la piscina. Muy cómodo y agradable pero la comida debería mejorar un poco para ajustarse al precio. |

В основном все понравилось. Продуманный дизайн отеля, прекрасный сад, шикарный завтрак. Из минусов - неудобная дорога от пляжа (отель находится на холме), плохое предложение по экскурсиям, отель находится в 15 мин пешком от центра города. Сделать дорогу до пляжа, а так же более внятные предложения по экскурсиям и рекомендациям ресторанов в городе. |

Die Villen mit jacuzzi sind super! Aussicht ist fantastisch. Das Personal konnte nur schlecht Englisch und war oft unaufmerksam. Außenpools nicht beheizt. |

Schöne aussicht und gepflegte garten und pool landschaft das gourmet restaurant war sehr gut Das Hotel ist Mitglied der Kettte Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Diesen Erwartungen entspricht das Hotel überhaupt nicht. Aus dieser Hinsicht war das eine Enttauschung. |

een heel mooi hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel, prachtig zicht op de tuin en zwembaden en de zee, ideaal om er even tussen uit te zijn, slechts op 15 min van vlieghaven de inrichting van het restaurant kan beter, heeft wat meer weg van een koele refter, het eten is ook niet zo super, heel veel hetzelfde en niet zo verfijnd, maaltijden aan tafel met een meerkeuze menu past beter in dit stijlvolle hotel dan een buffet, toch op deze wijze gebracht. |

L'hotel très joli - La chambre excellente et la salle de bains royale. Les restaurants: chers et peu attrayant (rapport qualité prix déplorable) Le service: peu de personnel, on ne voyait pas grand monde... Par exemple: personne pour donner les serviettes et pour gérer les places à la piscine. La piscine trop éparpillée et froide malgré le soleil !! Enfin une vue affreuse de notre chambre vers les chantiers de la ville avec un marrteau piqueur dès 9h00 du matin. L'hotel est joli mais ne mérite pas du tout l'affiliation slh ni l'appelation gl. 5 Etoile oui - 5 Etoile Grand luxe non ! |

La amabilidad del personal y la tranquilidad.Sobre todo quisiera resaltar la amabilidad y la profesionalidad el personal del spa. Y sus instalaciones y masajes.Tambien es de resaltar lo discretos a la hora de invitarte a participar de las actividades que se realizaban respetando si no querias tomar parte en ellas. Quiza debería tener algun medio de transporte para acercarte a la playa ,ya que se bajaba muy bien pero al encontrarse en alto costaba subir sobre todo en las horas en que el sol apretaba. |

No se aquien corresponde , pero la reserva que realice con ustedes no aparecia en el hotel . por parte del hotel se soluciono tenian habitaciones |

La estancia ha sido excelente. Todos los aspectos han estado muy bien. Me intentaron cargar a cuenta de la habitación algunas cosas que no había consumido, aunque se resolvió durante el check-out |
