The staff were nice and helpful, had fluent English too. Quite a modern hotel. I had read it was only a 10 minute walk from the main area but that was not the case. It was atleast 30 mins, This detail would have made me re think choosing this hotel over another. Although a nice walk during the day in flats, it didnt make for a nice walk in heels. The local taxis are everywhere and cost only 5ish euro to main square. |

Although I arrived at the hotel at 7:30pm, I was given succesively 2 rooms thar were not clean. At the 3rd attempt, I got a cleaned one. |

Located in the center o f Barcelona, provides an execelent service. The hotel was recently renewed and is very pleasant. The breakfast is very good. |

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Especially the young man fom Uraguay at the night desk. Convenient locaton to restaurants and shopping. |

We were very happy with the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helped you with travel bookings. Room was very comfortable and lived up to expectations. The hotel although not in La Rambla, was very central and close to the diagonal metro station and the bus stop for the barcelona tourist bus. Lots of restaurants to choose from if not wanting to travel further. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They all spoke very good English! Adjoining family rooms were a good size, very clean and the kids loved having their own space. Hotel food was excellent although not cheap. Walk to the city centre took us about 25 mins with the kids (quite a slow pace), buses to the centre were regular from just opposite the hotel and a taxi cost us between 6-8 Euros. |

It was one of the best value hotels we have stayed at. It was very comfortable with a couple of small nice touches like the loofer in the bathroom. Great location to see Barcelona. Breakfast was an expensive extra. |

We really liked the design of our room and bathroom (the mirrors and that half transparent part between the room and the bathroom). Romantic couples shouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel. Also quite good location. The website says the hotel is not far Metro station Muntaner- we'd add that it is at the crossroad of Muntaner St and Diagonal Av. That would save up your time and energy looking for the hotel. And fantastic view through the window-all Barcelona at your feet (we were on the 15th floor)! We wonder why the roommaid made the bed in the same beautiful way like we found it arriving at the hotel only after our first night? |

Really nice hotel! I stayed there for 7 days. Although the room had only a window and not a balcony, our stay there was very pleasant. The nearest metro station is about 1km from the hotel, but there a lot of buses that can get you there. |

Please write at least 15 words It is on diagonal but far from the city center. Internet is free if you have your own computer, otherwise you have to pay for it. |

Convenient location and helpful staff. Arrival was not easy, but was tolerable due to staff responses. It was easy to find, but I did not know that I had to drive onto the busy sidewalk to unload bags and to Check in!! |

- Location. The hotel is situaded on an atractive (and safe) area near good places to drink, eat, dance and see. You can also reach all important sights of Barcelona using public transportation. Hotel staff is correct and profesional. |

The staff were very helpful and gave us good tips for food. The room was very quiet and had a very nice view of Barcelona from the 13th floor. Big and spotless. The bed was huge and very, very comfortable. The buffet for breakfast was probably one of the best I've ever seen. There was no bath in the bathroom but it is not a big problem since they have a great massage shower |

Clean and modern rooms No aircon (switched off by hotel!!), could not regulate the room temperature, that is a basic requirement of a 3star hotel let alone a 4 star hotel, it did not live up to the facilities stated. other option is open a window and listen to the cars! |
