the breakfast buffet is extremely good I didn't like the way some hotel clients took breakfast and then also helped themselves to hide food and remove it from the breakfast room for consumption later on. The hotel should control that this doesn't happen. |

Location and rate was good. Not a quiet place! You could always hear other guests coming and leaving their rooms as there were no door thresholds and marble floors on corridors. |

Location being close of the Los Ramblas and the price. We stayed in Rm. 323 and noticed a not to pleasant odor which was tolerable and decided to just let go since we stayed there only for one night. |

Everything is wonderful except breakfast.There must be a choice for customers not to select breakfast.It was very poor breakfast menu.The staff is very very helplful and kind. |

Excellent location, lovely room and sumptuous breakfast. Reasonably priced. No bar - it would have been good to come back to a bar in the evening after dinner |

The hotel was very clean. It was on a quiet side street but just a short walk to all the action on La Rambla. The breakfast was great! Would stay again if in Barcelona. The beds were too firm. |

Our room was very clean and kept that way throughout our 5 nights stay. It had a balcony and a lovely bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of variety in food. It was very close to La Rambla and we found the staff very helpful and friendly. |

We were very pleased with the rooms, staff and overall condition of the hotel. It should be rated higher than a 2 star! We would gladly stay again and would recommend it to anyone who wants the service of a small family hotel that is very close to La Rambla |

Superior room: SUPERIOR - private sundeck, sofa, soft chair. Most diverse/plentiful European breakfast buffet their three free internet computer used Linux rather than Windows |

It was very clean and quiet, being in a side street. Buffet breakfast was copious and varied. At first we were given a very dark room on the 1st floor with a window overlooking a very small, dark courtyard but were able to change to a better room with a balcony. |

We were very pleased that the staff could speak English, French, and probably other languages as our Spanish is really not up to scratch. We were allocated a larger room than expected which for us was excellent news. Finally the possibility of Internet access was really a plus. |

Excellent facilities and service..Clean, modern, spacious room with plenty amenities. The area is a bit seedy but it is not the fault of the hotel, besides, you're right in the middle of center, next door to Las Ramblas, close the all of the activities without the noiseness... |

Location, cleaness Room 510 - blocked evacuation way - with power failure you are truly in trouble. We experienced it on 2 A.M. on departure morning. Not nice experience. |

Excellent room with balcony, simple modern furnishings and design. Central location off Ramblas. Good buffet breakfast including hot food. Kettle in room. Ability to book a smoking room. Early checkout time 10.30 |

Good location and nice deco. The staff was very helpful. They also had a luggage room(unsecured but we felt comfortable leaving our luggage) you may use. Our mattress was not comfortable. Thin, you could feel the springs. |
