Apsis Porta Marina

Enjoyed being able to walk to shopping & restaurants or catching the tram one block away to go to the beach, the casino,the "hop on-hop off" bus and many other sites. The staff was pleasant and helpful--especially, the young lady who was at the front desk in the evenings! She is most wonderful! Hope we can return one day soon~~~

The room was very nice, good size, clean and modern. Reception staff on arrival and departure were very helpful and nice.

The room had a kitchenette but had limited utensils and no tea and coffee making facilities. Dishes were not washed, soap not replaced and restaurant had limited food choices and hours. Caught in heavy rain (22 Oct) and staff on that day were very rude and unhelpful.

There was free internet access in the lobby. Plenty of space in the room.

The breakfast is very over-priced, and is not clearly marked...i think it was 12 euros for a minimal buffet...NOT Worth it!!! Also, the triple is the exact same room as the family, but they charge more for more people...I Suspect the double and single rates get the same room as the triple and quad, but they get a sofa, not a sofa bed for guests 3 and 4.

There was no utensils for microwave oven, the kitchen electric stove did not work

Liked the modern style of this hotel and our room was unusually large and bright with lots of windows.

We stayed over a Saturday night and found it difficult to sleep due to the noise from outside. Although the hotel is in a quiet location for some reason it was noisey outside all night long with students or young people. Perhaps we were unlucky being on the front of the hotel - maybe it was some kind of special event?? But the windows have no noise attenuation at all - had to get up in the night as I thought the windows were open - they weren't! Oh, one other thing. Why do Spanish hotels never have tea/coffee making facilities???

It was great value for the money. The staff was responsive.

It was far from everything. 15 minute walk to the beach and 3 trams to the center of the Plaza. There wasn't much in the area. The kitchen utensils were basic but the staff will provide you with additional items upon request.

This is a new facility purpose built.It had a kitchenette with cooking but no utensils.Can be got on request.Had a pullout double bed from a couch seperate to main bedroom which we required travelling with our son ie 3 people.Excellent facilities close to metro into central centre

everything, as we expected from a 4star hotel. staff,service,cleaniness was excellent

the food availability in the hotel restaurent did not have much variety, for example, there was hardly anything for vegeterians.but there are lots of food near the hotel

the staff is very kind and show us about the room as well as the city around. the apartment is perfect. it is very comfortable and in a perfect location. it gave a very good impression for my first visit to amsterdam. i will come back in my next trip.

Staff were excellent,very helpful. Lovely large well appointed rooms.

Although in a very handy spot the hotel is surrounded by building sites so not the most pleasent area to be in.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was a enjoyable one. They were extremely helpful and made every effort to assist us with any problem we encountered. Since we did not have a prior recommdation, we used the Internet to find this hotel.
