I enjoyed the hotel decoration, thought it was funky and cool and would defintely return not very private when showering, no music t.v stations, mini bar expensive |

Very nice hotel and cool design. Relaxed atmosphere. Close to some of the main attractions of Barcelona. The room became to warm during the day, even if the aircondition was set to 17 deg.C |

Very Trendy Hotel. Colours of the interior are a bit over the top, but all and all a very special Hotel. Room was very nice and very clean. Shower was very good! Views of the top floor = roof terrace, must be seen! Breakfast was superb, what a choice! Area of the Hotel is not the best area of Barcelona; surrounded with prostitutes, petty crime and drug dealers. But feld safe all the time. 5 minutes walking of the famous market and Ramblas. Make sure you visit the restaurant accros the Hotel and make your reservation the day before. A+ |

The hotel was clean and very nice. Super design, very much our taste. The breakfast was very tasty a full of variaty. I would reccomend the hotel to everyone who is fong of design, luxury and good food. The bar on the roof was also excelant and the wiev breathtaking. The direct neighbourhood of the hotel could be in better quater of the town. |

clean, modern, nice gym, free internet, front desk staff were very helpful in answeringour questions the seal around the window didn't work and street noise was audible. If I pressed on the right side of the frame, that sealed the gap. I explained this to the staff but it didn't get repaired. The sink/tap is a poor set up - water splashes everywhere - all over the counter. Ant the small counter is almost the only surface available to put things upon. There are insufficient cupboards/drawers for clothing. Not enough hangers. Room 703 (I think). |

It's a very very nice hotel, the room is clean and comfortable! It's locate near the La rambla street Licus Station, just few mins from there. It's not located exactly in the main street, but few street behind. On the way to the hotel, the street is old, and the house is old, like a very poor living area and those people wandering around these streets look like horrible. However, it's not as worse as you think, not very dangerous indeed. I went back hotel like 11pm or afterward, it's still ok. You can walk to other side from the hotel besides the La Rambla side, where there are quite a lot of good and cheap good. Along the la rambla, you can walk though both side to the tourist point without taking the metro. Overall is Excellent! The swimming pool is very very very small indeed, dont expect to swim there, but the view from the roof is very great. |

Very modern funky design throughout the building. All shiny and new. Great view of city from the roof. iPod dock in the room was nice to have. Very nice to see free wifi throughout the hotel, well done! I upgraded to the top floor for a view only to find the whole hotel is wrapped in a chain link fence which makes for a poor viewing experience. Not in the most salubrious of areas. |

Very good hotel. Staff pleasant compared to other people who served us during our trip to Barcelona. We found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and the room very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and the panoramic rooftop bar!!!!! I was not keen on the location - although excellent for accessing everything in Barcelona it felt a bit scary at night walking out. But would still go back - just get taxi's when returning to our hotel at night. You can see the area is being improved though (police presence). |

The Roof Top 360 degree viewing platform with it's own bar and comfortable seats was not mentioned when I booked. Excellent facility though. The location of the hotel although a little bit 'backstreet' and very ethnically mixed, is still very handily placed. The lower floor rooms at the front of the hotel could be noisy. |

Great design and style. Very central to the main city attractions. Great rooftop bar / terrace Location was a little seedy with many dodgy characters emerging after dark. Staff got flustered occasionally and lost the welcoming touch - esp. the breakfast manager |

The location, and different rooms, and the balconey The cost of two drinks in the hotel bar, vodka & coke, and Whickey & coke, was about 19 euro- a bit too expensive for spain. |

modern,funky,rooftop,food excellent,close to rambla and beach staff at bar top and waiters need to be friendly and smile.i like to give 20% tip but hated too when they don't smile or show interest to help .Ask how is your meal. Is there anything more i can do? don't just disappear for 20 minutes. the area around the hotel have professional thieves targetting you. the police are clearly aware as they are their all the time. this was reassuring. |

Brilliant hotel, great service, fantastic views and the perfect location for enjoying the city, Dont be put off El Raval, its a fantastic area to explore and full of great restuarants and bars and the superb museum of modern art, just dont walk round looking like a lost tourist and you will be fine! (the pickpockets prefer the crowded Las Ramblas and Metro) We returned to the hotel in the early hours (4-5am) without ever feeling uncomfortable. One of the best Spanish restaurants in town 'Casa Leopoldo' is right opposite the hotel doors, which is an added bonus and the Opera house is less than 5 mins away, we saw an amazing production of L'abore di Diana! The hotel food, although minimilist, was very good. Recommended. |

One of the most amazing rooms/ hotels we have ever stayed in!! Wonderful roof top terrace & views of the whole city! Very quiet hotel - we slept so well!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is tired of the old noisy hotels in Spain. The neighbourhood is not as bad as the reviews make it out to be. There is little storage in the room, but the coolness factor outweighs the negatives. |
