The location of the hotel is great. All the sites of this wonderful city are in walking distance. The hotel is very clean and our rooms were perfect. The price of our stay for what we got was amazing |

Our room had a private outdoor terrace. We loved drinking our morning coffee and enjoying evenings under the stars!!! Great location of hotel. |

Excellent location They claimed to have wireless internet and did not. We had to go to the hotel across the street (also owned by them) . The hotel staff misinformed us regarding a time change that almost caused us to miss our flight home. |

It was in an ideal location. You could walk to various tourist spots easily. Close to the Metro. Room was a nice size and windows could be opened if you chose to do so. The bidet in the bathroom was in a bad spot and made access to the toilet rather difficult. There wasn't a bar in the hotel; we had to go across the way to the Hotel Colon for drinks. |

The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location. it is good value for your money. The breakfast was overpriced |

Room and Service were fine. My room was alittle noisy and I couldn't open the grate to get more air in. |

Basic 3 star hotel (no restaurant) but the facilities of the Hotel Colon across the road are available to guests making the Regencia Colon very good value for money. Rooms on the top (5th) floor are quieter. Very good central location near the cathedral. |

Friendly,helpful staff, good size room and bathroom. Overall excellent value for money. This hotel is situated 50 meters from Barcelona's Cathedral, 5 minutes walk from the famous Rambla shopping area and the Barcelona open top city sightseeing bus stop is just 3 minutes away. Arrange with the hotel and you can use the undergound carpark under the Catherdral square for 20 Euro's for 24 hours!! |

Great location for siteseeing, but needs a 'makeover' and refurbishment. The staff were friendly and the service fine but the first impression was that it was 'tired' |

Incredible Staff, especially Andres and Ambrose. The Location was fantastic - everyone knows where the cathedral is. Everything in the gothic quarter is within walking distance from this hotel. We got lost a couple times, but simply said the word "Cathedral" and everyone pointed us in the right direction. Breakfast was nice, but pricey. So we walked 100 feet to the Cathedral courtyard and ate breakfast each morning (there is even a Pizza Hut a half a block away). |
