Big room, clean, luxorious, stylish, impressiv, free water from the mini bar, 5 stars for only 50 euros per person! In the center of Bilbao, exellent start point to all directions. The bus from the airport stops on the opposite side, the metro is in front of the hotel. |

Location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and museums. All at easy walking distance. Room was spacious and well furnished. Staff helpful and friendly. Excelent value for money. |

the staff is very friendly, the building is classic style, and the location is excellent. the rooms are big. they seem to have only upgraded a part of their rooms to modern status while others are still quite old (still very nice and big). of course the prices are different, but the cheapest room in the hotel should still be very nice and new at a 5 star hotel. |

This is the typical 5 star hotel. The location is excellent. The airport bus stops and leaves just around the hotel. The subway station is in just few minute walk. The breakfast buffet should be much more improved. It was not so bad, but the other 4 star hotel's breakfast in Bilbao was much much better. |

Very good location, large room, very quiet, excellent breakfast selcection For a 5 star hotel in a major city the level of English by most staff was very poor. parking was a bit over priced at Eur21/night. |

The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of the important sights. The gentleman-Ivan- at reception was very helpful. The cost of breakfast was prohibative. |

Centrally located to most of Bilbao's main attractions and shopping; Metro is steps from the hotel. Hotel design is classy but not stuffy. Excellent breakfast buffet. I liked everything about it. |

The hotel was centrally located and of a good standard. The room was spacious and had all the amenities expected. The bar area appeared temporary but this may have been a function of the festival that was on at the time. |

The building is grand inside and the room was incredibly spacious. No need to pay for the expensive hotel breakfast as there are many good cafes nearby. Think twice about taking a car here because there is very little parking around and hotel parking is very expensive. |

We booked well in advance securing an excellent rate for such a high quality hotel. It is in a brilliant location and there was nothing to be faulted. |

The location and value for money were excellent. We stayed here before and we were not disappointed. The bus stop is a minutes walk away and both the metro and taxi rank are outside the front door. |

Perfect location - you can walk to all the main attractions in 10 minutes (15 if you stroll); the bus from the airport stops just across the plaza and there's a metro stop in the plaza. Staff friendly and efficient. I very rarely stay in 5 star hotels because I can't afford them; I choose 3 star hotels in 4 star buildings with 2 star prices, like this one - great value for money. |

The location is ideal, to the right you have a metro station and the main st (Gran Via) to the right you have shopping area, bull ring, restaurants etc and straight ahead The Guggenheim. I thought the staff could have been a little bit more friendly. The rooms were lovely however the beds were very incomfortable. There were two single beds joined together however one was higher than the other. Also when we didnt ask for our room to be cleaned it was regardless! |
